Excellent service. We had a blocked drain in early evening with backed up water dripping through the floor into the room below. A local company told me they could get someone out within 90 minutes but rang me over an hour later to say they had no one on call. Your office took the call and guaranteed someone would be here by 1100 pm. I got a call at 930 pm to say he was on the way. He arrived 15 minutes later. Cherry, polite and, most importantly competent he solved the problem within 40 minutes. Just what we want by way of service.
