I had a disappointing experience with Pimlico. I booked an engineer to diagnose a boiler issue. The engineer arrived unprepared, lacked the basic tools needed to access the system, and provided speculative advice rather than a proper assessment or fix.
I was charged £150 for a visit that resolved nothing. When I raised a formal complaint, my concerns were initially dismissed. After nearly two months of being ignored, I had to prepare a formal legal claim. Only then did Pimlico issue a refund, but without any admission of responsibility.
I appreciate the eventual refund, but the delay, poor communication, and unprofessional handling of the issue left a very poor impression. I would not use their services again and advise others to be cautious.
