I requested weekly pool service. The price was ok. Everything was acceptable. But he mentioned that they don’t empty the skimmer basket unless you pick the deluxe service at a higher price. I asked a question about them not emptying the skimmer basket and he informed me he wasn’t interested in my business and he declined me service. He said my attitude was bad, just over a simple question. I have used them for 8 years of testing and buying chemicals. Needless to say I’m deleting them from my contacts. Business is way too good.
