We purchased an item and it was defective. Instead of replacing it, they suggested videos on how to fix it. Are weeks of trying to fix it, I never could use it and now I have to pay to have it shipped back , wait for them to send it to wherever and then they’ll send me a new one. So at least a 3 week wait for something I may never get back. Very unhappy with the product and customer service on helping fix the problem!
