“I really like pink chery because of thie rlow prices. However the last experience i had was really bad and i tried to post a low review on one of the products i recieved. I contacted customer sevice asking why they wont post it. And they said sometimes it takes longer to post reviews even though my other 5 star review on a product posted right away (SUSPICIOUS).. they also mentioned a review guideline that may have been violated but when i asked to read the guideline they said they cant provide it to me because "customer service does not have access to it" and it dosnt say anywhere on the site about a review guideline. I dont understand and that makes it sketchy as the product i wanted to give a low review has 5 star reviews only... disappointed.”
“I was charged an additional $4.95 for “Rush Order Processing” on top of $9.99 shipping, bringing my total shipping cost to nearly $15. The company’s own policy states that once an order is processed, it is immediately shipped and cannot be changed. Despite paying the extra fee, my order still took 10 days to arrive.
This fee provided no benefit and was presented in a misleading way, implying faster shipping when it only covered warehouse handling. When I raised the issue, the company refused to refund the charge and insisted it was justified.
Customers deserve transparency and honesty in billing. Based on this experience, I will not be returning, and I want others to be aware of these practices before ordering.”
“I told pink cherry I was missing something in my box, and I keep getting emails that they are investigating. The product is not in my box and I want it resolved or my money back. Will never order from them again. Like I wanna keep emailing back and fourth for them not to compensate me for thr product.”

“Ordered 2 items, they arrived late and I was told a shipping refund would be made. When the order arrived, 1 item was missing, which was more than half the value of the order ($30.12). I reported the problem, but like the other reviews have said, I seem to getting "ghosted".
It came in a solid black bubble wrap envelope, with a flap that could be so easily opened and reclosed without any damage whatsoever. The glue on the flap was weak enough you could pull it away from the envelope without tearing or stretching the plastic. Totally "tamper ready" and inviting theft. I don't even know if it was stolen in in transit, or maybe just their way of short changing customers. So easy for anyone to do.”
“I live out of the country but have orders delivered to my house in the states. I have used Pink Cherry in the past without issues. My last order was reported delivered. It was not. I have tried to contact them from their website without satisfaction. I send the email but apparently it isn't delivered. I will not use them again. Very frustrating and disappointing to deal with.”
