They sent me a defective product and refuse to email me back or send a replacement! Terrible customer service, and their products are piles of garbage!

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They have no morals. They sent me an item that was already previously cut open and used. You can clearly see that they item was cut by scissors and they refused to give me my money back!! What a joke. So disgusting and disappointing.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COST SHOP ELSEWHERE....I made a purchase from these idiots only to never receive my package. You buy something and yes they ship it and give you a tracking number. However the fun doesn't end there they ship it with one carrier then they transfer it to the local guys to deliver to your home. Only it never makes it and now you have to track it and one is blaming the other the missing package. SO MORAL OF THIS IS GO ON AMAZON OR ADAM AND EVE FOR YOUR PLEASURE TOYS JUST NOT HERE THEY OFFER ZERO REFUND FOR YOUR LOST PACKAGE NEVER MAKING IT TO ITS DESTINATION.

made an order, got the order and it was defective i contacted them time and time again no satisfaction at all , they just took my money and gave me pure junk ! save your money shop somewhere else.......

Customer service is nonexistent and while I received my order, two out of three items stopped functioning within the span of two months.

If there was a zero stars this would be appropriate. Paid in full and never received my items. No response to emails nor can you get anyone on the phone on the 1800 they provide for customer service. Scam!

I purchased an order 2 weeks before Valentine’s Day just for them to mess up my address which caused me to never receive it, i contacted them and they acted obliviously and never apologized.If I could give 0 zero stars i would cause the customer service was awful!

It's a scam. It's hard to tell since for some reason its the first site that comes up on google when searching for sex toys and it has "positive reviews" which I sadly realize are probably bots. But I made a purchase and get a very suspicious email from them saying that my billing address was not correct and the order couldn't be made, which is a blatant lie because money was withdrawn from my card meaning that the billing address was right. The kicker is now they're telling me to repurchase the item if I still want it meaning they're so adamant amount scamming more money out it.

I ordered from pink cherry November 29th of 2021 for the 1st time. Around December 9th I get a text message saying DELIVERED. We look everywhere including asking neighbors and nothing. I contact Pink Cherry and they LITERALLY told me to wait 10 entire business days for their lost package investigation. At this point I am livid. Mind you a weekend was coming up which already was placing me in the WAIT EVEN LONGER window. 10 days regardless would have taken me into a weekend one way or another so now I'm angrier. So 13 days go by including the weekend and I reach out again explaining no package arrived and that I wanted a refund. The rep literally asks me "WOULD YOU PREFER A REPLACEMENT OR A REFUND? WE WILL MOVE FORWARD WHEN WE HEAR BACK FROM YOU." So am I crazy or did I not ALREADY say U wanted a refund? Why are they asking me a question that was already answered? Which shows how much attention they pay or if they even read the entire message. I then say "I DID ALREADY SAY I WANT A REFUND. THANK YOU!" So they reply saying "WE HAVE REFUNDED YOU FOR ORDER such & such BUT IT CAN TAKE UP TO 8 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR FUNDS TO DEPOSIT BACK TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT." So not only did I have to wait 13 days to request a refund but then another 8 more which include a weekend so technically 11 more days? This company is absurd and flat out has no respect for buying customers. Their ratings overall make sense now at 3. Something stars. If it were up to solely me, They'd have no stars. Never again and don't recommend at all.

Sadly, my review is based on the substandard customer service I have received from the company as a new customer. I placed a large order for for the purposes of creating a gift basket for a friend who was celebrating an event. After I placed the order, I received an email that the pair of panties I ordered was out of stock, and I would be refunded. Considering that the panties were suppose to go along with the gift basket, I emailed customer service and requested a replacement pair. I was advised that the refund had already been processed, but I could place another order, and I would receive a refund for the shipping. Okay great, now this was all done within a day of me placing the original order. So, I received the large order minus the panties, but I assumed the panties would arrive the next day or so. Needles to say, the shipping was delayed four times, and the panties did not arrive until after my friend's party and after I had left the state where I was for a few weeks. I emailed customer service and requested a refund or a good will gesture of free shipping for future purchases. I was advised that the panties were delivered, and if i did not want them, I could return them for a refund. I explained that I could not confirm if they had been delivered, due to me leaving the area, and no longer needed the item. I offered to ask my elderly neighbour to check my post box for the item, as I am returning to the UK and will not be back to the States until next Spring. I advised that I could not guarantee that my elderly neighbour would be willing to stand in the ling lines at the post office to return the item, but I would ask, but in the meantime, i would just keep the item, and not request a refund but shipping consideration for a future order. I received a response back that my neighbour could return the item anytime. I have dealt with many companies, but I say that the substandard level of customer service and failure to accommodate a customer who was inconvenienced through no fault of their own has been appalling. Spend your money with a company who understands not only the importance of getting customers, but also retaining them.

ordered product 10-28-21.Money taken out same day by TBMBM.11-15-2021 no product yet,give up waiting.Tried to contact TBMBM and Pink and Cherrry(compay I ordered thru).Could not talk to anyone at either place.The answering machine voice was with a chinese accent.Looks like a scam to me .If not a scam send me my damn penile loop I ordered on10 28 2021.Who is TBMBM anyway
