The item didn’t fit the description (1.5 inch vs 1 inch is a huge difference, 50%…).
They finally gave up and accepted to refund me, but even if they said the shipping would be free (which is required by law), they didn’t provide a return label… They wouldn’t answer my emails to their customer support either.
