“I've purchased a few items from pink cherry over the years. Be warned...they do not post negative reviews of their products. I've written a couple and those never appeared. Also, I recently ordered 4 products. Two of the 4 are defective and so not work at all. Could just be the batteries but I won't know unless I go buy new batteries. And they're really small round batteries so not the kind I would have another use for. I emailed them and no response. Their policy is that the customer has to pay for shipping returns. Seriously? They send defective products but I need to pay to return them?? That was the last order I will place with them.”

I recently interviewed for a position, did spec work (designing a marketing email in .ai), and was GHOSTED. It's been over two weeks since I submitted my design solution, and followed up. They can't even be bothered to send a "Thank you for your time, but we have chosen to go with another candidate," email.
I don't care that I didn't get the position, but I do care to be treated with respect after investing so much time, (and not to mention, working for free to do the spec work), in the interview process.
Honestly, save yourself the time and frustration and skip applying here.”
“The item didn’t fit the description (1.5 inch vs 1 inch is a huge difference, 50%…).
They finally gave up and accepted to refund me, but even if they said the shipping would be free (which is required by law), they didn’t provide a return label… They wouldn’t answer my emails to their customer support either.”
“45 minutes ago I put together an order from pink cherry based on prices onscreen.
I then went6 to Paypal, cleared with them ans was returned to Pinkcherry, which WITHOUT my final Purchase had given me a confirmation number and had pretty much doubled the prices which had been at their site when I put together my order.
Paypal simply referred me to Howly, which servvice had me subscrib an in turn only provided me with an email address for Pinkcherry. I've just got off the phone with PC where I was told to go to yet another email address. That has now pretty much taken another hour of frustration form my life....Sigh.”
“Very poor quality products, and they use this “T-force” shipping company. T-Force response was that they have the package but it hasn’t reached the nearest warehouse.
Umm what? It’s been 5 business days. So apparently some guy in a cube van is driving across whatever city, in circles and can’t find his own warehouse.
They have a “promised delivery date”, but their promises are as good as their products, because they don’t do anything.
You can tell their stuff is junk when they put items on 80% sale discounts all the time. I’ve put numerous fair but not glowing reviews on products, and they never appear.

“This company is a total scam. I ordered for a next day delivery that they ordered on there website for items to go into a bachelorette gift. I didn’t receive them so I contact them and their one customer service rep said she’d check as it said it should’ve been delivered by a certain date. Then no follow up. So I emailed back to then receive an email from a new rep with a completely different story telling me no it was a difft date and it’s still in transit and jsut gave a line to the exact same shipping link I already had.
So basically they advertise a next day delivery on their website. You pay. Nothing gets shipped and then they tell you after the purchase that’s not the delivery date Ans refuse to refund you your money. Scam artists! Do not purchase.”

I ordered some of items. The order on September 18 2022. I paid $282.93 ,was paid by my credit card . This company sent me unqualified items, and the items wasn't work. I sent back to returned by this company was accepted .sent me a cash refund on my emailed but I never have any cash refund. I ordered online. I don't know where are this store located. I researched about this store location. I found the located on Las Vegas .I never came to this store. I emailed several times to requested to refund back to my credit card that I was ordered, but they never responded. Pink Cherry stolen my $282.93. Pink Cherry it the scammed company.”
“Do not order from this website. Their customer service is the worst. I received two defective items and was trying to return them and get new ones. I asked them why is the customer responsible for the return shipping fee when it’s the sellers fault for not checking their product before sending it? Their reply was “A return label was provided to you in the return authorization email.” Did not even answer my question🤦♂️”

I live in a rural area so Uber is nonexistent and haven't used my card in a few months .. pretty easy to pinpoint point of origin... wouldn't recommend”
“Many companies fly under the radar with bad reviews. I never received an order that I placed with this company and when I used the tracking tool it said item was returned to sender. After e-mailing several times about a refund I didn't get a response, I'm far from being done with the situation, I'm fortunate that my family has a good attorney on retainer and my goal is to get this company shut down. It doesn't matter if it's $50 or $5 it's principle. I hope that I'm one of the last people who gets taken advantage of by this company. I'm gonna make sure they get served legal papers.”
“Very dishonest company. They indicate free shipping at $59 threshold, but charged me a $5 delivery surcharge because of where I live. However, I have never been charged one of these and I do a lot of online shopping.
Customer service was rude, unhelpful and dismissive. I posted a review to trust pilot as well and the company attempted to have it removed. Apparently they prefer you to be silent when they scam you.
I wish there were better companies out there. I've been purchasing from Adam & Eve for years, never had an issue.”
“I ordered a male product that was supposed to spin. It did not work. Also, beware that they accept returns. I didn’t want to send it back and get a replacement because I don’t know where that replacement has been. Gross practices. Wasted $50.”
