DO NOT INTERVIEW HERE - they are unprofessional. They will not follow up with you post interview, despite asking you do to spec work. I recently interviewed for a position, did spec work (designing a marketing email in .ai), and was GHOSTED. It's been over two weeks since I submitted my design solution, and followed up. They can't even be bothered to send a "Thank you for your time, but we have chosen to go with another candidate," email. I don't care that I didn't get the position, but I do care to be treated with respect after investing so much time, (and not to mention, working for free to do the spec work), in the interview process. Honestly, save yourself the time and frustration and skip applying here.
