The discreet packaging is nice and all but when it comes with the visibly lube and body oil that\u2019s kind of hard to explain to your kid that picked it up from the delivery guy. One item was full saturated and unwashable the rest were in speedster bags. However the quality of the products are very poor and I should have stuck with Adam and Eve. I have not heard back from customer service. However I\u2019m not holding my breath that I will after reading some of the reviews. Moral of the story: Read the revues BEFORE you make a purchase not after it comes all messed up."

Also not in a sealed package. The balm had black specks in it. The last two items are in closed packages. One with signs of damage to the packaging. Cardboard partially ripped. I opened that item and it looked clean. Other is shrink wrapped. I have not opened it. I have emailed the company multiple times and provided pictures. No response. I tried calling but it\u2019s an automated voice. I ordered a Uv flashlight on Amazon. Hopefully it works. I want to see how clean these products are. I\u2019m so disappointed and frustrated with the lack of cleanliness and service from this company. I will definitely be calling my banking institution and BBB.
