“I ordered three items two weeks before my vacation! Only two items came days before I leave for vacation I emailed them about my missing item and tell me they are shipping it out that day! A week later I received a email stating it was just about to be shipped! I email them tell them I don’t won’t or need it anymore!! They still sent it and it was stolen!!! Horrible customer service! Never again!”
“Their great prices are what drew me to this site. However, if you're unhappy with your purchase, they refuse to help, citing they can't accept returns due to safety concerns. In spite of never using the item, they won't allow me to return it. So, now they have my hard-earned money and I'm stuck with an item that I have to learn to like. They won't even let you have a store credit if you're unsatisfied. Basically, if you're unhappy with an item, it's your problem. As a seller myself, I really don't like this.”
“Pathetic customer service, no one to talk and assist you, only communication is through email. You can buy the same products on Amazon. Stay away from them.”
“If this shop isn't a scam, it's a terrible and very shady company. Don't buy anything from here. If you see something here you like, look around at other stores to see if it's sold somewhere else; you might be able to refund or cancel an order then.
It's an extremely misleading website with terrible customer service. It lures you in with constant fake sales, sells low quality toys, and has no return policy or possibility to cancel an order. If you leave a negative review of a toy on their website, they will simply not display it. I do not use Reddit myself, but from what I've heard they also delete negative comments about their store from their subreddit.
It seems to always have toys on sale too, but upon closer inspection they have highly increased prices before the "sale" code is applied. An example: "The Tube" is sold at Adam & Eve for $12.99 as of writing this. It was the first toy I ever bought. On PinkCherry's store, its price is displayed as $24.99 in collections, but if you click on the page the price is listed as $17.95. It's price after applying their various fake coupons is always $10.77. After comparing a few other items I recognized, it's clear PinkCherry does this with every product.
I impulsively made a second purchase yesterday, but have since changed my mind. Unfortunately they also have a no cancellation policy. I emailed their customer support as I saw that UPS had not received the package yet, but from what I've heard from other people and read in their FAQ, I have no faith in their customer support.
I made my purchases impulsively, and in a very tight spot financially. This was a huge mistake. I regret both purchases I've made here and I haven't even received the second one.”
“Got a toy and it never worked! You can not get ahold of anyone in the company for help! They just send this same fake email each time you attempt to contact them! A very poor company!😡”
“Impossible to reach a human. Some of the problems I had with a defective item could have been made easier if I had spoken with a person.
Quality is questionable. Will never buy from pink cherry again”
“Never got my package. They sold my card information and I had to get a new debit card. Police wouldn’t do anything about it. Do NOT trust pink cherry.”
“I ordered from them hearing mixed things but decided to try anyway. When it arrived it was defective and when I reached out (twice) for a replacement, I never heard back. Very dissatisfied.”
“Never got my order! They said they would refund the shipping cost and it would be on the way. But I haven't seen any of it and no refund for the order at all. Will not buy from them again.”
“DO NOT INTERVIEW HERE - they are unprofessional. They will not follow up with you post interview, despite asking you do to spec work.
I recently interviewed for a position, did spec work (designing a marketing email in .ai), and was GHOSTED. It's been over two weeks since I submitted my design solution, and followed up. They can't even be bothered to send a "Thank you for your time, but we have chosen to go with another candidate," email.
I don't care that I didn't get the position, but I do care to be treated with respect after investing so much time, (and not to mention, working for free to do the spec work), in the interview process.
Honestly, save yourself the time and frustration and skip applying here.”
“The item didn’t fit the description (1.5 inch vs 1 inch is a huge difference, 50%…).
They finally gave up and accepted to refund me, but even if they said the shipping would be free (which is required by law), they didn’t provide a return label… They wouldn’t answer my emails to their customer support either.”
“45 minutes ago I put together an order from pink cherry based on prices onscreen.
I then went6 to Paypal, cleared with them ans was returned to Pinkcherry, which WITHOUT my final Purchase had given me a confirmation number and had pretty much doubled the prices which had been at their site when I put together my order.
Paypal simply referred me to Howly, which servvice had me subscrib an in turn only provided me with an email address for Pinkcherry. I've just got off the phone with PC where I was told to go to yet another email address. That has now pretty much taken another hour of frustration form my life....Sigh.”
“Very poor quality products, and they use this “T-force” shipping company. T-Force response was that they have the package but it hasn’t reached the nearest warehouse.
Umm what? It’s been 5 business days. So apparently some guy in a cube van is driving across whatever city, in circles and can’t find his own warehouse.
They have a “promised delivery date”, but their promises are as good as their products, because they don’t do anything.
You can tell their stuff is junk when they put items on 80% sale discounts all the time. I’ve put numerous fair but not glowing reviews on products, and they never appear.
Run, don’t walk”
