This company is a total scam. I ordered for a next day delivery that they ordered on there website for items to go into a bachelorette gift. I didn’t receive them so I contact them and their one customer service rep said she’d check as it said it should’ve been delivered by a certain date. Then no follow up. So I emailed back to then receive an email from a new rep with a completely different story telling me no it was a difft date and it’s still in transit and jsut gave a line to the exact same shipping link I already had. So basically they advertise a next day delivery on their website. You pay. Nothing gets shipped and then they tell you after the purchase that’s not the delivery date Ans refuse to refund you your money. Scam artists! Do not purchase.

Pink Cherry is the scammed company. I ordered some of items. The order on September 18 2022. I paid $282.93 ,was paid by my credit card . This company sent me unqualified items, and the items wasn't work. I sent back to returned by this company was accepted .sent me a cash refund on my emailed but I never have any cash refund. I ordered online. I don't know where are this store located. I researched about this store location. I found the located on Las Vegas .I never came to this store. I emailed several times to requested to refund back to my credit card that I was ordered, but they never responded. Pink Cherry stolen my $282.93. Pink Cherry it the scammed company.

Do not order from this website. Their customer service is the worst. I received two defective items and was trying to return them and get new ones. I asked them why is the customer responsible for the return shipping fee when it’s the sellers fault for not checking their product before sending it? Their reply was “A return label was provided to you in the return authorization email.” Did not even answer my question🤦‍♂️

Can’t even handle processing a simple order. They do not read what you write in a chat looking for assistance. Completely oblivious, or incredibly stupid to not be able to assist when you point them to the problem

Very dishonest! defective and cheaply made product. There’s no phone number for customer service. Sent multiple e mails and never got an answer back!

First time ever ordering from this company and the quality of what I thought I ordered vs what arrived wasn't great ( my own fault, I'll eat that).... what I didn't expect was my card to be compromised and used to pay for someone's Uber .. I live in a rural area so Uber is nonexistent and haven't used my card in a few months .. pretty easy to pinpoint point of origin... wouldn't recommend

Many companies fly under the radar with bad reviews. I never received an order that I placed with this company and when I used the tracking tool it said item was returned to sender. After e-mailing several times about a refund I didn't get a response, I'm far from being done with the situation, I'm fortunate that my family has a good attorney on retainer and my goal is to get this company shut down. It doesn't matter if it's $50 or $5 it's principle. I hope that I'm one of the last people who gets taken advantage of by this company. I'm gonna make sure they get served legal papers.

Very dishonest company. They indicate free shipping at $59 threshold, but charged me a $5 delivery surcharge because of where I live. However, I have never been charged one of these and I do a lot of online shopping. Customer service was rude, unhelpful and dismissive. I posted a review to trust pilot as well and the company attempted to have it removed. Apparently they prefer you to be silent when they scam you. I wish there were better companies out there. I've been purchasing from Adam & Eve for years, never had an issue.

I ordered a male product that was supposed to spin. It did not work. Also, beware that they accept returns. I didn’t want to send it back and get a replacement because I don’t know where that replacement has been. Gross practices. Wasted $50.

I purchased an item from Pink Cherry. The item would not work. I sent them an email and they sent me directions telling me how to get it to work, such as switch the batteries blah blah blah. The vibrator worked, the tongue movement worked, the sucking did not. Eventually they told me to send it back. To my surprise the return shipping, $14.00 was at my cost. That is not appropriate to expect a customer to pay for return shipping when the item is within the thirty day time period and was received broken. Furthermore, when you email them they get back to you within a couple of hours. When I emailed them concerning my concern of asking a customer to pay shipping they ignored me. This is the first time purchasing from them. I did not bother using any coupons or discount codes. I will not purchase from Pink Cherry again.

They do not cancel orders! I added items to a cart for a later date but the order somehow went through charging my card through Apple Pay! I reached out immediately, I tried to call and got no answer so I had to chat with someone. She said there’s nothing she can do because the orders been shipped! There’s absolutely no was it’s been shipped because I never even received a confirmation email. She told me all I could do was refuse the package. It’s absolutely ridiculous do not buy from here!

Ordered my toy off of pink cherry. I got it. And it came defective. Charger didn't work, you didn't work. Didn't even turn on. Let it sit on the charger for 1 hour. Didn't work. I've gotten better products off of adam & eve and Amazon. As for the customer service team, there number doesn't give any representative, tell you to go to their website, which would be better if i didn't have to do a run around just to try and get the toy exchanged or something else. 100/10 do not recommend buying off of pink cherry. You'll get better prices off of Amazon and adam & eve.

We purchased an item and it was defective. Instead of replacing it, they suggested videos on how to fix it. Are weeks of trying to fix it, I never could use it and now I have to pay to have it shipped back , wait for them to send it to wherever and then they’ll send me a new one. So at least a 3 week wait for something I may never get back. Very unhappy with the product and customer service on helping fix the problem!

⚠️WARNING SCAMMERS⚠️ ⚠️WARNING SCAMMERS⚠️ Their item description did not match the product received including the color, sizes, defective and even the listed functions were all wrong on all of the items purchased. They would only replace the items with the exact same as sent and not what I wanted as posted in their descriptions. They require me to pay the shipping both ways as well! False advertising and Bait & Switch plus rude and time wasters!!

they just sell trash items such low quality (doc Johnson) feeling 100% scammed other than wasting 80$ on trash items, if you know something already and going to replace it for example sure.. site works for that i just would not recommend searching for a new toy here as the reviews on the site seem fake i mean they have to be fake reviews on site they ARE for sure.

I ordered a thruster and it doesn’t work. No returns and you can’t get through to anyone. They replied to my email with a video explaining how to charge it correctly. I am so mad! Spent $80 for nothing! Do not order anything from this company!!

Paid for faster shipping at checkout. Got an email saying it would be delivered normally. Responded that I paid extra for faster shipping and they wanted a screenshot of the promise date even though they already had it. I said either upgrade the shipping like I paid for or cancel this order. The response back was we can’t do that because it already shipped. Am I supposed to believe that they don’t care about customer service and just take your money and don’t deliver. All they had to do was contact the shipper and upgrade it. Crappy, underhanded, shady company that only cares about money. Stay away and find some other company that does care😒
