Very dishonest company. They indicate free shipping at $59 threshold, but charged me a $5 delivery surcharge because of where I live. However, I have never been charged one of these and I do a lot of online shopping.
Customer service was rude, unhelpful and dismissive. I posted a review to trust pilot as well and the company attempted to have it removed. Apparently they prefer you to be silent when they scam you.
I wish there were better companies out there. I've been purchasing from Adam & Eve for years, never had an issue.
