Worst company ever. Zero customer service. Why? Because only contact is via email and guess what? The entire email system is run by AI. Yep, all AI generated responses. Guess what? AI is not going to fix your problem like wanting you to pay return shipping fees for a brand new defective product. Never again will I purchase there. Stay away!!!
