Maybe they have reformed after so many negative reviews? I purchased a toy that stopped working 5 months later...and wrote by email to ask if I could buy a new charger unit for the thing. I got a reply right away...from a person it seemed (not a robot...a big plus!) promising me a refund--which WAS actually processed. I had not read all these horror stories before purchasing.
