I love this retailer and majority of the time I keep the clothes. I recently purchased some soft jeans that were advertised as high rise but they are unfortunately not, they are more hipster cut so having to return.
Really frustrating having to pay for returns, it does make me have second thoughts on purchasing something if I’m unsure and will steer towards not buying, so I feel this loses sales.
