“This is a Chinese company. Do yourself a favor: run the other way. They advertise free delivery and returns but they will charge you $25-$55 to return and $25-$72 for customs clearance. In other words, they force you to keep their cheap product or lose your money. This is a dishonest, shady and unethical company.”

“Bought some beautiful clothes but had to return 1 item as it didn't fit. I was sent a QR code and paid p&p and never received my refund. I have sent several emails regarding this matter and was emailed back saying they have no evidence of a return or order. I never leave reviews but am forced to do so, as I don't wish anyone else to go through this.”

“Absolute rip off. Claim items couldn't be delivered to the collection shop then never tried again. Endless calls and phone calls. Just as well as the quality of items has never been very good anyway. Online photos are not true to the actual item.”

“I’m angry! I ordered my shoes on Sunday & paid for next day delivery not knowing that this is not even possible!! (Because it doesn’t state on their website) Took my £4.99 & yes that’s right they weren’t delivered…. If Sunday isn’t included in next day delivery you shouldn’t charge for it 😡”

“I ordered a swimsuit and received a defective suit. Tags still on but you refuse to refund me and instead sent me a note saying too bad so sad. Feels like a scam to me. You send me your defective product and then tell me there’s nothing you can do? Yikes.”

“Pink, delivered my outfit just in time for the races. I was panicking due to the bank holiday, but I was updated and when I come home from work I couldn’t open the package quick enough 😂 Peace of mind and outfit has already had a lot of comments from friends/family etc - I’ll be in no doubt people at the races will comment too. Love the verity of styles no regrets shopping with company x”

“This company is the worst i ever purchased from I placed a order for dresses on June 30 and still have not been shipped. Customer worst. I contacted them 5x concerning my purchase and to request a refund.til this very moment, no representative has responded to me. Good thing i purchase thru PayPal. I had to literally open a dispute against them in order to be refund back my money. Terrible business”

“Absolutly brill fast delivery and fast response when you get in touch. Return was simple at asda to you and very stright foward at the self return station (only returned as didnt like the way it felt on me) but it was true to size on all 3 dresses ive ordered, i was reluctant to order at first as im very fussy and had never used this site sometimes returns are a nightmare but it was ao easy, i am now on my 3rd order with them and will continue to use them for future purchases.”
