“two out of three items I received were faulty. Very bad workmanship. They have offered replacements, but I do have to pay return postage. Usually, the quality of their clothes is ok, but this time around was very different. I also find, and still find that you pay for postage and return, therefore if you don't like the item and have to return it, it has already cost you £5.50. Can work out expensive, so maybe take up any offers of free postage etc while you can. I will continue to shop with them, hoping this is a one-off quality control issue, and they offer more free postage deals”

“Item came very quickly but it was the smallest tiniest size 16 denim jacket I have seen in my life. It just about fitted my slim 11 year old. Lovely material and shape but so so small. Shame. Item returned.”

“Delivery is not the best. Paid for ndd after 4pm on a Friday was despatched Mon received Tuesday. That is not Ndd”

“Beautiful dress but poor quality. Was too big which was fine, ordered last minute so just had to work with it. Paid for next day delivery which actually came 2 days later. Dress has a hole in underneath the arm where the zip is.”

“I haven’t had a problem before but my last order I got sent something totally different and not even my size, although on my confirmation it showed I had ordered the thing I wanted. I returned it and reordered it again , unfortunately ended up having to send that back aswell but have only received one refund !”

“One thing I don’t like about pink boutique is that you are charged delivery both when ordering and sending back making the order most costly, the clothes always look better in the pictures”

“I’ve ordered from pink boutique before which was really good but I ordered my last order which was a £60 order and I’ve still not received it. I don’t know if it’s been the couriers fault though!”

“The item is really lovely and as pictured. I think it’s a little small on the measure size as I’m usually an 8, got a 10 as all was in stock and it fits perfectly so it’s technically a little small. I was disappointed as there are loose stitches and a small tear at the top but it’s on the inside so don’t feel necessary to return. Generally beautiful with lovely material but the sizing is off and stitching a little poor!”

“Not the best quality material, had a plasticy feel to it , size wise its very snug on the bottom half whereas the sleeves are too big and fall down but nothing a little stitch wouldn't fix. Quick delivery, good customer service.”

“I normally halve no problems with dresses from you and have always been really happy but this time I’ve had to return 2 dresses of the same style as both were faulty. One had come away at the Seams and the other, the strap was sewn in completely the wrong place!”

“I krdered a light blue blue dress and heels it was nice except from the padding in the bra area. Its looked like i had breast pads stuffed down the dress. I had to send the dress back along with the shoes as they were to match with outfit.”

“Good products but not a fan of paying for delivery and the returns then not being free, with them deductible no £2.50 fr returning when £3.99 was already paid for the delivery in the first place.”

“Ordered a pair of shoes size 5 which I always am a size 5 Shoes were too big so I messaged them for a exchange and was told they don’t do exchanges so had to pay to return then pay delivery to order again Total rip off especially when their shoes are not sized correctly I’ve never been a 4 in my life !!”

“The colour of the dress and the style is very nice however the quality is not great at all. I wore the dress once and I don't think I will be able to wear it again as it looks like it's been worn many times, the material went all bubbly.”
