My item came quite quickly, but trying to return an item is a nightmare.

I couldn't wear the dress it was just lifting up to the tummy as you walk showing my underwear. Lost my money :(

Unfortunately my item was faulty with a hole in the dress. Not good enough considering dress wasn’t cheap

Clothes look nice online, however I have found on many occasions with my orders, being left disappointed, as clothes often end up looking cheap and not well made. Which results in numerous returns made.

Sorry Pink Boutique but your items are of poor quality in material and stitching for the price you are selling them for which can be quite pricey. Not really worth the money. You wanted my honest opinion. I won't be ordering from you again. Also using Amazon to deliver they leave it right outside your front door on the floor if your not in. Anyone could pinch it. Not impressed.Tried to cancel order minutes after ordering ehich isn't possible.Had to return which I was charged for and can only use return label at an asda store or pay postage at post office.Won't be recommending or shopping online here again.Very dissappointed

The item was VERY slim fitting across the waist and hips and thighs, not as it looked online. Tried on by another, slimmer lady too who had the same issue. Had to return item.

Wasnt happy with the product got a size 12/14 and didnt fit at all however fit my 13yr old daughter who is a size 6/8 the dress itself however was lovely

All clothes look nice is pictures unfortunately material on most products are cheap.

Left a message 2 weeks ago about returning a parcel, also about paying for Saturday delivery but was delayed and did not receive till Sunday. Still not heard back one top has make up on

Love buying from pink boutique but posting service is very poor takes at least a week to arrive to Northern Ireland even tho it says 48 hrs!

The dress I ordered in pink was a nice colour but very cheap quality. It was not worth the price.

Misleading first order discount. Wasn't applied at checkout so had to fight to get it. Shoes did not fit very well either.
