the clothes are beautiful, however, the sizes are ridiculous, I ordered a bigger size than i am because of the material and it didn't fit. you're made to feel bigger than you are.

The dresses are beautiful but unfortunately, you can tell they've been mass produced. How the dresses have been sewn together is poor and very unflattering.

I was disappointed with the dress i purchased. It didn't fit as well as i expected and i didn't like the style of the dress. I had to return it the day after receiving it.

My dress never arrived and was sent back to pink boutique by Royal Mail upset as I wanted the dress now I have to wait for refund to purchase again

The clothes are can be a bit hit and miss. There is also the issue of paying for returning any item which most other companies in this range don’t charge for. Delivery is pricey in my opinion.

I’ve always found the clothes to be good quality. But this dress felt very cheaply made and cheap material. It reminded of the quality and material from shein or a market stool. Very disappointing

Trousers are of a good quality the only problem is they are very short in the crutch and tend to slip down I have had to use a belt on them

I can see your order was placed on Bank Holiday Friday (Good Friday), we confirmed at the checkout that if this method was selected after 4pm on Thursday 14th April it wouldn't leave until Tuesday 19th April due to Easter weekend. This is going off my last 2 experiences with my orders I love nearly everything I’ve bought from here but I was really disappointed with customer service and paying twice for next day delivery1st time was 2 days later and the last one was 4 days later so I’m definitely not using that delivery service again

Hi Karen, Thank you for your review. I'm so sorry to hear this, I have looked into your two previous orders and I can see both orders were placed after our cut off of 4pm. Your second order was placed using our Saturday service, as this was placed at 10pm on Friday it missed our 4pm cut off meaning it left on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. I can see we refunded the difference between Saturday and next day delivery. I hope this helps. Team PB xx

Unfortunately I wasn’t impressed with any of the items I ordered. Two of them I don’t know how you are meant to physically get into it? I am a garment technologist so I know this stuff. The other item was completely the wrong size, and the final item was clearly only suitable for someone 5foot 3 or below: Unfortunately I was not impressed with this order
