I ordered a swimsuit and received a defective suit. Tags still on but you refuse to refund me and instead sent me a note saying too bad so sad. Feels like a scam to me. You send me your defective product and then tell me there’s nothing you can do? Yikes.

This company is the worst i ever purchased from I placed a order for dresses on June 30 and still have not been shipped. Customer worst. I contacted them 5x concerning my purchase and to request a refund.til this very moment, no representative has responded to me. Good thing i purchase thru PayPal. I had to literally open a dispute against them in order to be refund back my money. Terrible business

Awful sizes are 2 sizes to small and the quality of clothes is dagenham market at 4 x price

Hi Simon, Thank you for your review. I'm so sorry to hear your order has faulted, please return this to us for a refund. I will talk you through our returns process step by step, 1. Package your return in any waterproof packaging. 2. See the returns section on our website to download a label or QR code for your chosen courier. 3. Put the invoice inside the package before you seal it up. (If you don't have an invoice, confirm your name, order number and reason for return on a cover note) 4. Take to your local ASDA/Royal Mail post office. 5. Keep your proof of posting safe. I hope this helps. Team PB xx

I ordered a dress for my daughter costing £60 and was extremely disappointed. The quality was so poor, item looked nothing like the picture, dreadful material and different colour. Was like a thin £10 fancy dress costume from the market. I'm now waiting on a refund!! so shocked that Pink Boutique short changed my refund. The whole thing was the worst online experience I have ever had. Refunds takes too long to process. Just a nightmare.

Hi Kimberley, Thank you for your review. I'm so sorry to see this! To confirm, we try our best to stock only the best quality items here at Pink Boutique. This item will be pulled and we will investigate immediately. When you use our return label to return your order, we deduct £2.50 for using this. The returns label is a fully tracked service. You do not have to use our label to return your parcel. However, we do advise to return using a tracked method. We state all returns information on the invoice included inside your parcel. My dress came with a broken zip, ordered another on next day delivery came 2 days later with a hole in back, I loved the dress 2 shame really I will not be ordering again

Normally love my purchases from pink boutique but on this occasion had to send £178 back. Nothing was pink boutique brand and the quality was really bad not worth the money. I had a top with make up Mark on and a pair of white trousers with a black marked line on them when took out of wrapper. I got sent the wrong bag from what I ordered. And everything else was poor quality and bad fit.
