I bought a gorgeous dress for my husbands surprise 40th birthday party. It wasn’t too I got to the venue that people was telling me the dress was ripped and hadn’t been caught by the machine I felt stupid and embarrassed all night

Delivery arrived very quickly which was great but unfortunately the wrong dress. I ordered a blue one shoulder dress and got a completely different style dress which was a lime green tropical print. I was very dissapointed

When the jacket arrived it was like a rag. Poor quality and wrapped in too small package. Would not recommend at all

I am a size 6 and ordered this size, the skirt came and it was huge! That much so I had to use hair clips to pin it. The fabric was very thin and poor quality. Definitely not what you would expect when paying £30 for a skirt!!!! Would not recommend

The quality of what I ordered was not worth the price paid. I was also a bit disheartened to see that garments are not pink boutique labelled anymore, just generic stock that can be bought from any wholesaler. In addition to having to pay for postage I also have to pay for returns. Will not order again.

My shoes turned up broken and unable to be worn. Pink boutique couldn’t replace them as no size 6 left. I then said I’d go to a show mender and I was only offered 20% refund which didn’t even cover the cost of mending them.

Paid next day delivery it came 6 days later. Delivery driver came to my door and mum was waiting for my parcel but he took it to the Pat office for me to collect as it was not me at the door. The woman at customer services was disgraceful with zero customer service care.

Hi Zoe, Thank you for your review. I have taken a look into this for you. I can see you ordered on 31st May at 4.40pm, sadly, our cut off for next day delivery is 4pm. This meant your order left on Wednesday 1st June for delivery on the next working day, which was Monday 6th June. Please note, Bank Holidays are not working days. We tried our best to make our customers aware of the Jubilee Bank Holiday on 2nd & 3rd June. Delivery was attempted on 6th June but sadly, no one was home, meaning the driver had no other option but to deliver this to your local DPD pick up shop. I am returning my dress! I ordered a white dress when it arrived I opened the package and the dress smelt disgusting. The dress wasn't white it was a tea stained off white colour. And such poor quality! first and last time I order from here
