I ordered a shirt dress and was sent the shirt instead of the dress. I sent it back and ordered again same thing happened. I have checked the website and you have a shirt and a dress. However you keep sending me the shirt. Will not order again.

Ordered next day delivery and still. It received my order over a week ago. My order was nearly £100 and apparently now it’s gone missing. Won’t be ordering from here again. I want a refund.

Bought a purchase , within a minute I realised it was going to my address I’d moved out of 2 days before ! Couldn’t change it and customer / retail communication was virtually non existent. However after much stress I managed to receive the dress and it was far nicer than it looked online !

Awful quality, see through trousers and no attention to detail. Ordered a jumpsuit for £45 and unfortunately wasn’t even worth £5. Then to be charged to return it which I found insulting. Won’t be ordering again.

I received the goods, but there was a terrible smell on the jacket that I ordered I am unable to use the jacket as the smell was so bad

The colours of dresses I ordered are not the same as pictures. I've sent one back and the next one I got was disappointing colourwise too. For this reason I sont be ordering off the site again.

Dress was completely wrong picture to the website, I thought it was getting a baby pink but instead it was like an peachy colour instead, didn’t like the colour so will need to return my dress

I ordered a dress that arrived with a hole in the bottom and the zip code as broken off, on speaking to customer service they said they would offer me a 20% reduction if I kept the dress, naturally I opted to send it back for a full refund only to see I will STILL be charged to return a faulty dress! Poor customer service

Item not as described. I ordered because description said stretch fabric. The dress was beautiful but didn't fit my boobs because no stretch. Was very upset because it was for a wedding. I'm waiting on a refund

My parcel went missing and I am getting a refund but it does not include the cost of sending the goods to me even though your carrier lost it. Doesn’t seem fair
