Sizes are completely off! Overpriced and slow at refunding. Paid express delivery and didn’t get it.

Purchased a white lace bodysuit. looked beautiful then I opened it to find a hole in front of lace and dirty at one of the strap’s. Sent back in correct way a week ago but still no refund!

Shipping and duty complete price not specified before purchase. The cost of that was more than the dress. Apparently stated clearly on website so upsetting won’t be purchasing from you again. Material of dress is also of poor quality please dine ask me to return it as it probably will cost an arm and a leg.

When ordering from the UK, customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws. Hi Gemma, Thank you for your review. I'm so sorry we can't offer free returns at the moment. When you use our return label to return your order, we deduct £2.50 for using this. The returns label is a fully tracked service. You do not have to use our label to return your parcel. However, we do advise to return using a tracked method. I was really disappointed in the quality of the jacket I bought. It was very flimsy and when I opened the packet there was a very strong odour of cigarettes. I won’t be buying from Pink Boutique again.

After paying for next day delivery, my item didn’t arrive in time. I was also refunded less than what I paid for my items. How can this be possible?

Contacted you a week ago as everytime I try to use laybuy it won't let me , am not happy as ordered from you all the time you won't answer my email . Everytime I order it just takes it straight from my bank and does not give me the option to use laybuy I had stuff I wanted but will miss out on getting them because you can't answer my query , thanks
