Brought a beautiful jacket with all colours. Was very disappointed as it was 58.99 And when put it on for night out the seam on inside jacket arm was twisted. Have send back

Order turned up ripped I didn’t even get chance to wear it the tags are still on it and all the front it torn As u can see from the picture it’s all unthreaded

Dresses was nothing like the pictures and I have to pay to return it so won't be ordering from here again

My order never came on time for holiday disappointing as paided next day arrived 3days later so not seen it yet

None of your clothes are lined, I might have kept the clothes if they were lined , one of the dresses was like a thin scarf , I don't know about you but I don't want the whole of my body on show. By lining your clothes it might save a lot of waste i.e people buying your clothes only to send them back and be discarded due to not being able to sell them all the pollution from the vans driving around, please consider my thoughts because honestly your clothes are gorgeous just not very good quality it's a shame plus I would also spend the extra money due to quality, thanks pink x

I ordered a red frill dress for a wedding when it came it was a totally different dress with about 6 different colours through it. The quality was very poor which you could spit through.

The quality of the dress was shocking, it was thin and the stitching would easily come apart. The sizing is awful, I am a size 10 so ordered a 10 and the zip wouldn’t go up. Would easily fit a size 6. I would not recommend getting dresses here.

The jeans I ordered look nothing like the photo the colour and style totally different really annoying when you pay for delivery and returns!!!

Really disappointed with pink boutique. Dress arrived in a satisfactory time, however still awaiting refund due to the dress being return.

I paid £8.99 to have a next day/Saturday 30th delivery as an outfit option for my daughters' 18th birthday celebration. Unfortunately, the parcel didn't arrive and I had to telephone the customer service department to feedback who answered promptly and efficiently. I received a refund for the delivery charge and was reassured this was a one-off incident and that I should not let this first time purchase put me off in the future.
