Bought some beautiful clothes but had to return 1 item as it didn't fit.
I was sent a QR code and paid p&p and never received my refund.
I have sent several emails regarding this matter and was emailed back saying they have no evidence of a return or order.
I never leave reviews but am forced to do so, as I don't wish anyone else to go through this.
