“The shirt I bought was badly stitched and had loads of threads hanging out of it which had to be fixed so I could wear it, I sent a message to PB and received 20% refund.”

“Love the dress however I think sizing is extremely poor had to go up a size to be able to breathe.... maybe you should try selling things in the correct size instead of body shaming this puts me off using in future”

“Ordered a skirt on next day delivery but delivery was delayed. Emailed about the next day delivery but got no response. The skirt itself was pretty but did not suit me, so sent it back.”

“The size comes up way too small I am Usually a size 12 top size 14 bottom The set it one size only so I ordered the size 14 it was way too small both top and skirt Unfortunately I had thrown the return label thinking this would fit , waste of money for me”

“I ordered 3 dresses and they looked lovely on the models but when I tried them on the clothes drowned me. I normally go for petite sizes because I’m 5ft and there isn’t any petite sizing on your website. Unfortunately out of the 3 I returned 2 because they were too long and didn’t suit me.”

“I've always loved this brand and I think their service is great but unfortunately my latest purchase was a disappointment. The dress size stated 10 but when it arrived it was a medium and way too big. It had several threads handing off it and a hole in the plastic packaging which someone seemed to have stepped on resulting in a dirty brown mark on the new white dress. Considering the price, it should have arrived in perfect condition. My main reason for return is the sizing though as had it fitted, I would have shoved it through the wash, snipped off the loose threads and kept the dress as the style is very pretty. I've rated Pink Boutique 3 stars despite the return as I have faith in the brand and their quality and will continue to buy clothes from them as I have for years due to their great service.”
