Ordered a pair of shoes size 5 which I always am a size 5
Shoes were too big so I messaged them for a exchange and was told they don’t do exchanges so had to pay to return then pay delivery to order again
Total rip off especially when their shoes are not sized correctly I’ve never been a 4 in my life !!
