Had to contact Pinnacle 3 times over the phone + doing some paperwork only. The process was very convoluted, confusing and even the agents had a limited idea of the needs I had and how to expedite the process and make it smoother. I felt that I was begging to get the policy and the representatives didn't care
Because I had a previous policy everything was more challenging. Hopefully next time the process is easier for the costumer
