I have been a loyal consumer from this company for over eight years, spent well over $30,000 with them.
Last order i purchased was 45 items, of those, 25 of them were the wrong item. Shipping cost me close to $200, they refused to ship the correct items out as international shipping was too much, instead offered a $10 coupon for next purchase.
An example of a big company shafting a small but once loyal customer.
