I ordered the annual subscription of Piquant Post for my brother as a gift, but two months into the subscription he still hadn't received anything. I had blown the surprise so he wouldn't think I forgot him, so he knew to be checking his mail. Luckily, Piquant Post has a customer service rep named Justin. Justin was professional, prompt, and just plain nice. He reached out to me to work with on correcting the delivery issue as soon as I complained. He resent a package to replace the one that didn't make it, I didn't even have to ask, and provided tracking so that if anything goes wrong again I can figure out why. It's above and beyond good service to not only replace a missing product, but then put heightened tracking on it so that you can find out if there's a problem even outside of Piquant Post's responsibility.
