The recipes are well written and easy to follow. The spice packets are usually something different from what I'd normally cook with so it makes that evening's meal fun. My only complaint is that there is often not enough "zing" to the recipes. I know you must be doing this to accommodate a majority of palates, but it'd be nice to be able to give a particular dish some extra oomph.
