If I was charged again, I am highly disappointed. I attempted to login to cancel my 6 month subscription and when I tried, it told me it couldn’t find my account. I tried to reset password and it told me it couldn’t find email address on file yet I received this email from your company. I enjoyed the gift I purchased for my father around Christmas time but I was not wanting to renew my subscription.
