these are my very favorite spice blends. OMG I love the Chorico blend, and the Peri Peri. I use them on everything: potatoes, chicken, fish. When I make Thai the Kaffir lime is my go to - it is delicious! I use some sort of spice packet almost every night for dinner (yes, I cook dinner every night - my passion).
I love the Gingerbread spice for baking, and the Nordic Spice blend for turkey and chicken meatballs. All spices are so fun and imaginative and make ethnic cooking and baking so eaasy.
