Definitely a 5. Love the spices. Makes the whole house smell wonderful. We really enjoy reading about the other countries foods and spices. Top notch meal every time we use one of your spice packets. I even ordered packets for my adult kids to use. I received the spice club subscription for my birthday. Customer service is great also
