Love the whole concept and have found many recipes to make time and again. I wish it was possible to buy the spice blends in larger quantities. And I also wish the recipes were proofread with greater attention. I have several recipes with glaring mistakes, such as a fish recipe that does not list fish as an ingredient. Otherwise, I thoroughly enjoy the variety of recipes and lovely spice blends. It's a trip around the world! Thank you.
