Not told about card only payment either when booking, arriving or ordering, not allowed to order fries, ribs are off the menu, no pizzas smaller than the individual size which I think was 11” and too big for half of our diners, told we can only have 1 menu per table but since there were 9 of us we’d already been given a second one and they have to print them out now (1 a4 sheet - not hard) told to look on app, can’t use app no smartphone, sauces not labelled on app, no one sanitising the drinks machine or salad tongs and no sanitiser or disposable cutlery available as an option, no starters anymore just sides, only 2 pastas now, no healthier options like grilled chicken anymore, nothing really unless you have a big pizza, Mac & cheese or lasagne, no pizza topped chicken anymore and no potato wedges
