“I ordered a pizza. It was already 45 minutes late. I called them and said they would give it to me since it was so late when the lady showed up with it she didn’t know anything about it so they took my pizza back. I wind up with nothing and waited for an hour and 15 minutes.”

On Sunday 28/12/2025 about 1:30pm, the wife and I decided to go to the Browns Plains Pizza Hut for the all you can eat for a late lunch . The service from the lady behind the counter was great and very efficient to be exact.I don't usually eat much pizza but I thought we would try it while in the area.
The only issue I had for some reason was the range of pizza available was limited, there was only a few bits and pieces on other trays that seemed to sit there for ages and after possibly 15 mins later one new pizza arrived. It was difficult to pick something as nothing was labelled to identify what you were eating! After paying over $57 for pizza and two drinks and having to eat leftovers that had been sitting there for who knows how long, I feel this was pretty crappy and for the amount you pay the food and range should of been much better. Not even the sauces were labeled. I saw other customers having to lift off lids and look real close to food just to work out what they were eating.
Next time I'm in the area I think the Beach House up the road would be better option and value for money.

“Went into Pizza Hut SE 44th & Sunnylane rd., Del City okc some where before 4pm I ordered 8 piece boneless chicken wings after standing in line maybe 7-10 min, after putting in my order I stood thinking it wouldn’t be very long, HA. So I sat down I texted my granddaughter at 4:06 pm saying can I report a restaurant for employees going from the cash register to preparing food not using gloves as I said that was 4:06 pm. At 4:51 pm I was talking to a Del city police officer whom I called to get my money back since I was denied the food I ordered why? because I complained about taking too long and asking for my money back to sum, I was at this Pizza Hut almost an hour, I left with no food, no receipt, no name of the “I am it…I am the manager” and NO you won’t get your money back because you (me) are not nice, he went on to say, in his defense, he tried offering me a cookie or fudge because of my long wait which at that time I said yes reluctantly, after all the day before, Christmas I had baked 3 pies and 3 cakes I needed a cookie/fudge like I needed cancer. He went on to threatened me saying I can call the police but they either will take me to jail OR they won’t/can’t do anything I I myself never mentioned calling police that was his call maybe he was thinking I should call the police. I not only called the police tho, I have reported this business to the BBB of OKC, I have reported this business to Oklahoma county Health department and I am not done yet, this individual standing behind the name of Pizza Hut insulted me, hurt my feelings, stressed me out beyond words, I am still holding back tears, probably blood pressure out of this world, disrespected my full head of grey hair (past the age of 80) I have grandchildren I think older than him. Upon filing my complaint with BBB I saw the complaints others have filed against Pizza Hut I can understand why they have a ratings of (D-).”

waited for more than 1hour 40min for order to arrive Talabat kept saying order on the way.. when i called teh same pizza hut sharq number to confirm if the order is sent.. Kinley unprofessional with a card of damn attitude said i cancelled the order.. I insisted i had an event people were waiting since more than 1.5hr to eat ..How could she cancel without informing ,, Least she could do was check "cannot modify should i continue with same order or cancel it" irresponsible and care a damn attitue she and another guy at the restaurant same time said " WE COULD NOT MODIFY SO WE CANCELLED without informing the customer and here i was waiting " .. Even Talabat doesnt know it was cancelled. I could not reorder as pizzahut site or talabat again as Pizza hut was busy as christmas day.. She put in a deep embarrassment on a christmas day in front of my guest. I demand she should be thrown out her job for caring a damn and not even having little responsibiliuty to call and inform that cancelling so we could make alternate arrangements.”

“Purchased two mediums on 12-19-25. I thought that Pizza Hut was the one pizza that I could rely on for the light fluffy and crispy crust but NO, their new crust is like everyone else. Doughy, tasteless and dry. That had made a mess with this new dough. Should’ve just remained the same, a step above the rest. I was truly disappointed. I won’t be eating Pizza Hut any longer. One lost family. On my search again for an awesome pizza. 😔😔😢”

“The pizza on the lunch buffet was too old and not very warm. The salad bar had no lettuce or tomatoes. The broccoli and cauliflower were too big of pieces. The service was not good. I called before coming in and was put in hold for about 5 minutes. No one ever came back to the line. I hung up at that point.”
