“Very disappointed, the website did not show any vegan pizzas.
I rang them up and it was because the vegan cheese did not arrive 2 days earlier. if it had been no meat, they probably would have gone out to get some but obviously vegans have to go without. In the end I ordered a pizza with just the tomato base. Not very good practice though.”

“I used to really love Pizza Hut. They have gone downhill extremely bad. We went to the Woodbury Minnesota location today and got a hand tossed, meat lovers, light on the sauce. Also got a large three topping pepperoni, mushroom and green pepper regular sauce. The pizzas came it was extremely greasy and kind of salty and it was just awful. Same with the large pepperoni mushroom green pepper. The flavor has gone downhill as well and I'm very disappointed. I spent over $45 because we also did get the cheese bread which was not cut for us and we were told that we could just pull it apart. That was the best part of the meal. I will not be revisiting Pizza Hut in the near future as I do not wish to be disappointed and spend that kind of money again.”
“went to “new” pizza hut in Auburn NY, went in every table had trash on them from previous customers, only 3 groups of people at tables. why set up so everyone has to walk through dining area to order… not good experience , You messed up, and menu without prices…. no medium pizzas. Why only two employees ion duty whole restaurant. $105 didn’t enjoy spending. Shame on you my group won’t be back!”
