“I placed an online order for two large pizzas; here are the details: Large 1-Top Stuffed Crust,1 Large 1-Top Stuffed Crust,1Boneless Wings, 1 Cinnamon Sticks. Both pizzas arrived burnt, and the wings did not taste like lemon pepper. I went to the store to show them the pizzas, but they refused to give me a credit. I have been ordering pizza from Pizza Hut for years, and this is the first time the food hasn't tasted like authentic Pizza Hut. I am very disappointed with both the food and the customer service. I am going to post a bad review because I am very disappointed, and my daughters were not happy with the pizza. We stayed home to watch a movie and ordered a pizza from you, but it ended up being the worst night I’ve spent with my family all because of these pizzas and wings. I am requesting a credit to compensate for the terrible pizza and wings we received.”
“Unless I tell them otherwise 95% of my pizza ends up being pesto. This last pizza it's all over the place it's on the crust everywhere. The person who takes my order at the counter is extremely rude cut you off when you try to talk, laughs when he gives you something he knows is wrong.”
“I made online order at 1950hrs. Quoted delivery time 2036hrs. After more than 50 minutes, food still did not arrive.
Upon food arrival, I found out the the food was super cold. The meat galore that i ordered contain onion in it.
I contact customer service thrice and each time, they mention that they will get the manager to call me, yet no one call me to update on why the food was late or give me the avenue to make further enquiry on the issue.
This is totally absurb and uncalled for especially in the service line.
I demand explaination! Because of this also i have to explain to my guest on the situation thus indirectly delaying their plan for the day. This is totally unreasonable. No courtesy at all!”
“Calling customer service with foreigners taking the order did not work. The pizza was all wrong. Asked for all sausage and half with olives. Got NO OLIVES and only sausage on one half and just cheese on the other. I had company and this was the PITS. I could not even eat it. I tried calling the place where we picked it up and could not get a replacement pizza.”

Just need to know why y'all have delivery if y'all workers are too scary to enter a zone for the purpose of feeding a family. “This post is about the Galena Kansas location…This will be my first negative review that I have made because it really really bothered me. I don't believe in leaving those kind of reviews. Usually I just shove them off because I believe that makes you the better person. When it comes to good reviews, I'm all about it. I throw out good vibes into the world 1000 times and over! Just to let everyone know, I don't believe it was the staff member's fault at all. She was super sweet and sympathized with the situation and loved how patient I was with everything and kind last night. I placed an order around 8 o'clock last night. My delivery said it would be roughly around 35 minutes or so to arrive about an hour went by so I called to check on it and she said that the driver was just running behind and she had multiple deliveries and she'll be at my residence soon so I was OK with that. I called back again because another half an hour went by. She apologized and said that I'm so sorry my driver is new and her car will not start and I'm sorry about this and would give me a credit for the order transaction. I told her that I will drive there since you already made it, on the phone she confirmed that I will still be getting a full credit of my entire order for the trouble. I drove all the way to the location and she apologized again to me as she handed me my food as I came out of my car in my pajamas. She said thank you so much and she had me sign the paper and she said I will make sure that this will be credited back to your account for the full amount. She thought it was nice that I drove all the way there especially because I paid for delivery fee and for the driver's tip. I said thank you so much for being so polite and I'm so sorry about your new driver's car. This evening I had family members over and I told them about the credit and that I could get us a dinner ready and ordered to have delivered to our house and I took about about half an hour picking out everyone's favorites and I called and and asked the manager exactly what I should do for my credit and I don't know how to put it through the app and he told me to try to put it through the app and if it doesn't happen to call back and that I could just tell him over the phone I said OK I'll let you know if I have any issues. So I tried to put my order through the app and it did not show up as a Credit so I called back and told him exactly what I did place on the order and he kept putting me on hold quite a few times. I was very patient and polite and told him that that his employe credited me about $53.00. He said that I only had a $10 credit which I knew of from an issue in the past. I said that can't be right and I explained the situation and what happened the night prior. He told me he had no documentation of a credit of the transaction. I did not know how to react because as I was explaining everything to him, and he kept sounding very insincere. With the uncomfortable pauses, I felt like I had to prove a point. I explained everything kindly. He told me that he could give me the number to the office. I explained myself again, trying to think of words that maybe would make the situation more understandable and then again he kept saying that he can only give me the number to the office, and there was nothing that he could do. I asked him if he could at least give me an apology as the manager for everything I went through, there was a pause, and then he said a hard "NO" and hung up on me. I have been ordering from this Pizza Hut for many years. Unfortunately, I am never going to make an order again..”

“My order was ready when I arrived to pick it up. The customer service at this location is top notch most days we’ve had some issues but they always seem to make it right and we always come back for more. We can’t wait until the dine in is an available option again. Brings back so many childhood memories thinking about pizza huts buffet hopefully something we will be able to share with our children soon!”
“Pizza Hut in Alamo has big problems. First and most important is some of their employees. I was treated with no respect and cussed at threatening me for not giving him the name he wanted to find my online order. He wanted to throw my pizzas in the trash. Very hostile and then the pizza itself was overcooked, dry, and tasted very salty and tuff. 36$ wasted and they did end up in the trash. Never going back, I don’t recommend you go there ever.”

“Pizza Hut on Northern Street has bad customer service and always get the orders wrong I had to argue with the store manager that was rude in order to get a refund for an order I paid for and never recieved and tried to call Corporate and I can get no where the phone system sends me everywhere instead of a live customer service it's ridiculous and frustrating!”
