“The pizza on the lunch buffet was too old and not very warm. The salad bar had no lettuce or tomatoes. The broccoli and cauliflower were too big of pieces. The service was not good. I called before coming in and was put in hold for about 5 minutes. No one ever came back to the line. I hung up at that point.”

I would like to raise a serious complaint regarding my experience today in food court Dubai mall 3.14 PM. I always order the Beef Pepperoni pizza with a thin base, but your staff refused to serve it to me, insisting that I must take it with a thick base because “the system doesn’t show the option.”
We spent nearly 10 minutes arguing, and they still refused my request, even though it is a standard item that I always order. If the option is truly not available in the system for the staff, then it should be removed entirely—otherwise it only creates frustration for customers and puts unnecessary pressure on your team.
This situation is unacceptable because I was not asking for anything unusual or that affects Pizza Hut’s sales. I simply wanted the same pizza I always order, just with a thin base. I expect better flexibility, professionalism, and customer service from your brand.
I kindly request that you look into this issue, ensure proper training for the staff, and provide a solution so this does not happen again.
