“This is for the Pizza Hut in Marshall, Texas. It is the ONLY Pizza Hut that we will eat at. This 1 is ran by a man that truly knows and understands what a customer wants. As Seniors, we enjoy eating at Pizza Hut ( Marshall, Tx. ) about twice a month. It is our favorite place to eat in Marshall. The lunch buffet is delicious. The salad bar is always fresh and clean. There is always fresh pizza . If there is something special you want, you can tell your waitress. She will have them make it for you, and when it is ready, she will bring it to your table and give you as much of it as you want, and then put the rest on the buffet. The special waitress that we appreciate so much is Ryann. When we enter the restaurant, she greets you with a great big smile. She always makes you feel special. We have been going so long , she knows what we want to drink. Ryann checks on you often and makes sure you have anything that you need. The other waitress, STORMI, is very nice also, but felt like we really needed to brag on this young lady. ALL other Pizza Huts should try to follow this one's example. Code # 009720, 09/09/26”

“Visited the Pizza Hut on St Charles Road in Berkeley. The lady working today was very rude. Took her over 10 minutes to acknowledge. I was waiting for an order. Once I was acknowledged, she told me it will be right up. 15 minutes later still waiting looks like she’s the only one at the restaurant because she’s taking orders. Can she just box my pizza so I can go? I decided to leave and will never order from here again. Contested payment through credit card.”

“8/21/26 I had the worst delivery and pizza ever. The delivery person slid my pizza onto the wrong porch at my house. The pizza was horrible. I got a large Tavern Hawaiian Lua, which was like cardboard. Disgusting!”
