“A couple weeks ago we ordered our pizzas and sides and when we received them we had no Taco pizza that was on our order. After talking to them we received credit. So move forward to today when we ordered a sandwich and cashed in our free credit for the Taco pizza from previous order. My sister picked up order and brought it home. Opened box on taco pizza and had a hamburger pizza. They did call and tell us they forgot to give us the toppings for the pizza because they always put them on the side and we had to come back and get them. Wow! Your mistake and we have to go back to store to correct your error. The toppings we had to go back and get were the biggest joke of all. A large pizza with toppings to maybe cover 3, 4 slices at the most!!! The lettuce was just pieces from the salad bar that you had to cut up, cheese was okay but maybe a 1/2 cup at the most. The tomatoes were nothing but mush, and the onions were sliced and chunked. Needless to say we ate only two pieces of hamburger pizza, and for the second time never really got the taco pizza we really wanted. NEVER AGAIN will I order from Puzza Hut!!!!! Haha I tried to attach a photo of the mess we received, but it never would upload. Total failure and will not try a third time.”

“Placed a large order a month ago and they missed breadsticks and gave a pepperoni hand tossed pizza instead of the pan crust three meat one I ordered and paid for. Called and manager assured me that my Pizza Hut account was credited and I ordered tonight to see no such credit on my account. They frequently will give a single order of breadsticks when ordered double but that messed up order was too much when spending $50 for order”
“I was overcharged over a month ago on an online order and have called and emailed everyone I can think of but just get the same response-we are sorry. We care about customer service. Someone will get back to you soon. The only thing I’ve received is the run around. No one has gotten neck to me. I gave 2 stars because the pizzas were good but the customer service from the store to upper management is terrible! Nonexistent, actually.”
“This is the second time Ive gotten a pizza from pizza hut in Lawrenceburg TN that was a moldy pizza I looked on the crust and it had mold on it and the bottom was covered in mold. This is the second time they have done this to me ..bad business..I called and told them and they said there is nothing they will do about it.”

It's unfortunate that I basically wasted half of my time and money, I were order 2 large pizzas and barely any topping on the pizzas Then again, I went in knowing the possibility of that because that's how low budget this location is. discourage anyone who asks from wasting their money and time here as well.
