“Good afternoon. My name is Angela Brown and I'm the daughter n law of the late Godfather Of Soul James Brown. My husband Daryl (James son) and I love Pizza Hut, and when there's someone who touched your heart in the facility, I just have to rave about how great they are when it comes to customer service. Today, July 10th at 2:56 pm, I walked into the location that's at East Windmill road in Las Vegas Nevada next to the Vons Supermarket. I do believe their store # is 026620. My ticket # was 0024. There's a manager there name Mark who just started at that location a couple of month's ago, and I just need to celebrate this guy. His entire demeanor is always pleasant and kind every time I walk into the shop. We had a good talk today and he mentioned to me that, he treats EVERYONE LIKE FAMILY, AND THAT'S SPECIAL. Customer service means the world to me, and when you have individuals like Mark working at a company, you'll definitely will have people coming back. Mark is always smiling and always repeats your oder back just to make sure it's clarified. He also opens the boxes just to make sure that you're satisfied with your food. Please keep Mark at this location, and give him a raise! The way things are going on in the world, it's nice to see that some people still love to show love to each other.”
“Pizza Hut on 119th st in Overland Park Ks. The pizza was very over cooked. Crust was so hard you couldn’t bite or chew it.if you tried to break it. It just snapped and. crumbled .I would have returned it but my husband is disabled and I was unable to leave him. I stood at the counter to pick up my order. The girl saw me but took her time coming out. I will never order Pizza Hut again from any location”
“Advise to customers. Check your receipt to make sure the Pizza Hut employees don’t add a tip without your knowledge. This is what happened to me twice. Bothtimes were for takeout service The first time I noticed it while I was still in the diner and the cashier refunded me the tip they added. This first instance was 3-4 months ago The second time, I ordered takeout again, and after I paid, I mentioned it to the cashier what happened to me the first time. The cashier told me that no tip would be added.I was not given a receipt with the credit card transaction. Instead, I was given the receipt without the card transaction. When I received my credit card statement, I noticed that I was charged higher than what my receipt showed. I went in person to dispute this. They did refund it to me which was good of them. Still, if you don’t check your receipt, Pizza Hut employees may take advantage of you.”

“Staff would not listen when told not to slice the pizza. Guy who made pizza sliced it with dirty cutter after putting clean one back, guy who took order, took cutter and sliced even more. Passed it to me said, thank you have a nice day and then both went into the back. I will never go back. New -Minas pizza hut. Didn't even spell my name right.”
“I arrived to the pizzeria at 7:23pm, and I received horrible service. The cashier didn’t want to serve me, she had a nasty attitude when I tried to order, to the point where I had to leave with my child and she told me to do whatever the hell I wanted to do. From the start she already had a bad attitude, and there also was another customer who left because of her attitude.”
“I found the toppings were ample but as last time the pizza I feel was not exactly cooked fully as the cheese was still not completely melted and my friends pizza was still doughy in the middle. Either the temperature is not high enough or they take them out before they should to speed things up to accomadate more orders.”

Supreme had about 6 small pieces of meat on it no sauce to speak of big mushrooms and a few pieces of onion, pretty pathetic pizza!!!Plan to never purchase any item from Pizza Hut again. “I ordered a super supreme on a thin crust on Saturday June 20th what I got was a pizza with some meat very little cheese hardly any vegetables the best thing was the crust but the rest of the pizza sucked”
“I have order the same. Thing for almost 18 months. Some came close but none got it right. Mr. Hunter nail it. Chicken pizza thin and crispy. Plus my wings crispy. They both look so beautiful didn't want to eat it. But when I did awesome crispy crunchy pizza dough it was. Hats off Mr. Hunter.”
