“We placed our order specifically for a dinner party and selected a delivery time of 7:30–7:45 pm. This timing was important to us, as we had planned our evening around the agreed delivery window.
Unfortunately, the pizzas arrived at 7:09 pm, more than 20 minutes before our selected delivery time, when we were not ready to receive the order.
We explained to the delivery driver that he had arrived too early. He contacted the store manager, who was incredibly rude and argued with us for approximately 15 minutes while the driver stood at our door holding the pizzas. We repeatedly explained that we had specifically selected a timed delivery, but the manager continued to argue that we had not.
After 15 minutes, the driver left with the pizzas, and we were told to wait while the manager looked into the issue. She never called us back, so we contacted the store again. Initially, she refused to come to the phone. When she eventually spoke to us, she was dismissive and asked what we expected her to do.
We explained that we wanted the pizzas remade and delivered during our originally selected time slot. Rather than resolving the issue professionally, she continued to argue with us and ultimately hung up. We could then hear her saying that she was not dealing with us.
We are now $43 out of pocket for pizzas we never received, through no fault of our own. We selected a specific delivery window, and Pizza Hut failed to honour that arrangement by delivering the order significantly earlier than requested.
What made this experience even worse was the manager's appalling attitude and complete unwillingness to resolve the situation. We should not have to argue with a manager simply to have an agreed delivery time respected.
We expect a full refund of the $43 paid for an order that we did not receive. We also believe this incident warrants a formal review of the store manager's conduct and how this complaint was handled.

“Some people are seriously unprofessional, staff especially the managers. Every morning, it’s always the same person, no proper staff rotation at all. And the food? Takes forever to be served. Management needs to do better. 😏”
