“Ordered Pizza Hut for work, several varieties of crust (tavern style, original, stuffed). The stuffed crust ones were under cooked and looked like they were made be a 10 year old, the tavern style looked like someone dumped a whole jar of Italian seasoning on it. Bad deal.”

If those who are in charge of advertising are this out of touch with reality, I can only imagine how out of touch they must be with quality control and menu items.

“Had a pizza from Pizza Hut Ruislip Manor yesterday 18/9/25 and it was the worst pizza we’re had, hardly any pepperoni or mushrooms or red/ green peppers or onions. Pizza base was quite dry, such a shame as this used to be a very nice Pizza Hut, we won’t be going anymore, must be new staff there now, need to change. There are 2 more pizza places in the same road, will be using them in future. Ps, it was a large pizza with pepperoni,onions,mixed peppers, mushrooms”
“We always used to get Pizza Hut meat feast pizzas, however what we had today and the last couple of times was awful. There was hardly any meat, it was just masses of cheese, very little meat, very disappointing, won’t order again .”
“We saw your great ad on TV for the flatbread pizza and 10 minutes later drove to the LEBANON PA Pizza Hut. We sat in the dining room for 10 minutes and no one approached us so we left. Two days later we went to the palmyra Pizza Hut and they told us they don’t have dining room service. Two weeks later I called Pizza Hut in LEBANON ordered the pizza we wanted and I was told it’ll take 15 minutes. I went to the Pizza Hut and they informed me that if they didn’t take my charge card over the phone at the time of order that they don’t have the order and are not making it. I then said OK I’ll order it now and just wait. They told me they no longer make those pizzas after 5 o’clock.
Needless to say this is the last time I will be eating at Pizza Hut or trying to.”

“Called-in order was wrong. Paid $22 for a medium-sized cheese and mushroom pizza that I received! I had originally called in an order for a "hamburger" pizza. When I called them to tell them that I had received the wrong order they told me that the message they had received was that I had ordered a "ham" pizza! Ham??? But there wasn't even any ham! The slice of pizza I had gotten had only one little sliver of ham the size of a worm!!! And that was suppose to be a ham pizza?? To begin with, there's a world of difference between a "ham" and "hamburger" pizza. I don't know if it was the cook or the foreign lady that got the order wrong, and this was the Pizza Hut in Alice, TX. When I asked for a refund they told me I was going to have to go through my credit card to file a complaint and that they were going to have to investigate. Really? And this was the 2nd time they had gotten the order all wrong!!! I will never buy another pizza from Pizza Hut again!”
