“I used to really love Pizza Hut. They have gone downhill extremely bad. We went to the Woodbury Minnesota location today and got a hand tossed, meat lovers, light on the sauce. Also got a large three topping pepperoni, mushroom and green pepper regular sauce. The pizzas came it was extremely greasy and kind of salty and it was just awful. Same with the large pepperoni mushroom green pepper. The flavor has gone downhill as well and I'm very disappointed. I spent over $45 because we also did get the cheese bread which was not cut for us and we were told that we could just pull it apart. That was the best part of the meal. I will not be revisiting Pizza Hut in the near future as I do not wish to be disappointed and spend that kind of money again.”
“went to “new” pizza hut in Auburn NY, went in every table had trash on them from previous customers, only 3 groups of people at tables. why set up so everyone has to walk through dining area to order… not good experience , You messed up, and menu without prices…. no medium pizzas. Why only two employees ion duty whole restaurant. $105 didn’t enjoy spending. Shame on you my group won’t be back!”

“No salad bar. As we waited for our food 5-6 people asked about the salad bar were told they didn’t have one because they kept failing the audits so they only offer pre paid ones”
“Pro - The ordering of food on the website was simple to navigate. Order was correct and hot when it was delivered.
Con - The store front needs to be a bit cleaner. Windows and doors have excessive amount finger and hand prints, as well as the service counter. Not so inviting.”

“My experience was with an associate named Johnda Moore in Cleveland ms. She was very caring and had such a warm smile and spirit. She even joked with me a little while I waited on my pizza, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

“Today will be my 2 nd time purchasing food at the location, 19th Ave Baseline in Phoenix, AZ. All the servers and the cashiers were super nic seqe very polite and professional and they made sure they shared the specials in the deals with me as well. The cashier, Yazmine was so polite and very helpful with the ordering our food! Very professional and knowledgeable about her job.”
