“I ordered (online), a large hand crossed pepperoni and 6 traditional wings with dry rub Cajun. Since it was printed on receipt I’m willing to think I may have ordered it wrong. I received a lg cheese pizza that was quite dark on top and also soggy on the bottom so it wasn’t appealing to either if us. I will say the wings were on point and would order them anytime! Pizza was a disappointment though”
“I complained about the quality of the Pizza to HQ as a result they sent me 2 free pizzas gift cards, I didn’t realize they have time limit. I only order Pizza when my Grandchildren are visiting and recently they were visiting I tried to use the gift cards but they were rejected. I wrote to HQ without a response, I tried again without a response. Now i resorting to writing a review on Puzza Hut HQ. My Grandchildren don’t have fixed schedule when they visit us. I can only use the gift cards when the come.”
“Part of the order , cheese dips were not included with the delivery. Called the store, they gave us credit for our next order on the dipping sauces. The crust on the pizza, the bread sticks and the pizza melt were very hard, overcooked couldn’t even eat it..”
“Dear Pizza Hut Team,
I would like to raise a serious complaint regarding my experience today in food court Dubai mall 3.14 PM. I always order the Beef Pepperoni pizza with a thin base, but your staff refused to serve it to me, insisting that I must take it with a thick base because “the system doesn’t show the option.”
We spent nearly 10 minutes arguing, and they still refused my request, even though it is a standard item that I always order. If the option is truly not available in the system for the staff, then it should be removed entirely—otherwise it only creates frustration for customers and puts unnecessary pressure on your team.
This situation is unacceptable because I was not asking for anything unusual or that affects Pizza Hut’s sales. I simply wanted the same pizza I always order, just with a thin base. I expect better flexibility, professionalism, and customer service from your brand.
I kindly request that you look into this issue, ensure proper training for the staff, and provide a solution so this does not happen again.

“A couple weeks ago we ordered our pizzas and sides and when we received them we had no Taco pizza that was on our order. After talking to them we received credit. So move forward to today when we ordered a sandwich and cashed in our free credit for the Taco pizza from previous order. My sister picked up order and brought it home. Opened box on taco pizza and had a hamburger pizza. They did call and tell us they forgot to give us the toppings for the pizza because they always put them on the side and we had to come back and get them. Wow! Your mistake and we have to go back to store to correct your error. The toppings we had to go back and get were the biggest joke of all. A large pizza with toppings to maybe cover 3, 4 slices at the most!!! The lettuce was just pieces from the salad bar that you had to cut up, cheese was okay but maybe a 1/2 cup at the most. The tomatoes were nothing but mush, and the onions were sliced and chunked. Needless to say we ate only two pieces of hamburger pizza, and for the second time never really got the taco pizza we really wanted. NEVER AGAIN will I order from Puzza Hut!!!!! Haha I tried to attach a photo of the mess we received, but it never would upload. Total failure and will not try a third time.”

“Placed a large order a month ago and they missed breadsticks and gave a pepperoni hand tossed pizza instead of the pan crust three meat one I ordered and paid for. Called and manager assured me that my Pizza Hut account was credited and I ordered tonight to see no such credit on my account. They frequently will give a single order of breadsticks when ordered double but that messed up order was too much when spending $50 for order”
