“What a joke this is like the second time I’ve messed with a coupon from Pizza Hut they SENT me. Their app is horrible.They want to charge five dollars to deliver and expect you to tip. no telling how many people move on to other pizza places after messing on their app or coupons. Very little cheese on the pizza. Can hardly taste the cheese.
Regardless of how the order is placed, the quantity of the food and price should be exactly the same at the till when placing an order over the phone as per what it is online descriptor.

“Offered to help with my online order, made some great suggestions, was upfront about promotions and deals on app. Explained that I could accumulate points, and use them for future orders. The employee also communicated very well with how long the wait would be if I wanted to place my order. Asked if I needed anything else, and if so he'd be glad to help out. “The Strongsville Pizza Hut has gone completely downhill. The service AND food are terrible. The pizza we ordered only had 3 pieces of pepperoni on each slice. None of the employees knew anything about the current 2 for $7 / ea. promotion. When we tried to explain the sale to them.....they argued with us. Will never go back !!!”
“at about 1:30 today, I tried to call in my order. guy asked me my phone number and name...proceeded to take my order...asked me which location to pick up at...I told him the street name...he asked the city and state...he asked the zip code...I said I have never had a problem before...he got smart and said, "well you having a problem today." I asked for a supervisor...he transferred me to another pizza hut in the city. she almost took my order but then said, "you have the wrong pizza hut." Absolutely awful experience.
Went for a birthday meal. Greater by the manager who asked if we had any allergies. I replied yes, tomatoes for my daughter. Was given allergy menu.
Ordered food. Said 3 times that there’s a tomato allergy to my daughters plate. No sauce or tomato on her pizza. Plain base. She understood.
Waited ages for food. Comes out, gives my daughter her pizza. They’ve seized bbq sauce over her pizza?! BBQ has tomato in! They’ve just given an allergen to a child with an allergy!!! I’ve explained she can’t have it for that reason. She takes it back and says it’ll be another 10/15 mins to re cook!!!
My daughter is autistic, she didn’t understand why we’ve all got our food and her not…
When food finally came out 15-17 mins later, she didn’t want it, she was put off from earlier and wasn’t hungry by that point:…
They also forgot our side order of chips….
They came out once we finished our meal!
Spoke to the manager, who apologised and said he’s not really sure what to say. He’s told the chef off, my daughters meal is free! She didn’t eat!!
He says the chest read the order wrong and got confused!!
That’s when I got more annoyed and said , what they’ve done is an allergy breach. You’ve placed a known allergen infront of a child with that allergy, their lucky nothing serious happened, where she ate it…
Plus the side order was forgotten!
He then offers 2kids meals free, and s pudding…. Hardly makes up for it really.
The waitress then never came back to our table. Our food/plates were left in front of us. We had to go and case someone to actually pay.
The table next to us wasn’t cleared for vet an hour!!!

Oh and my husbands pizza had 3 peppers randomly in his pizza, again had this of been something anyone was allergic to, huge problem! Chef’s really need to be aware of what they are doing and putting in food!!!
I won’t even mention the fact I’m disabled and the toilet was wet/slippery with the mop bucket and cones in the way! (The men’s toilet was out of action too, so the men had to use disableds)

“Want to thank Pizza Hut for stealing my money, while being completely useless at resolving the issue.
They can sure take the money instantly, but of their system screws up and loses the order, apparently NOBODY can find any information about it.
Placed an order for dinner online, got an immediate notification from my financial app that the money had been taken, but never got the normal order confirmation email from Pizza Hut.
Gave it about 15-20 minutes just in case something was running slow in the system, then started calling. Spent about the next hour getting bounced around between 2 stores, the local call center, given a bogus number to corporate, finally getting a working number to Hut Rewards, who then gave me the number to Customer Satisfaction. More like Customer Who Cares, we've already got your money.
Everybody had the same ridiculous story, they "don't have access" to find the transaction, and nothing they can do. Give the money a few days to process, then try calling back for a refund.
Absolutely ZERO reason with today's technology that if they can take the money instantly, they can't also refund it instantly when they screw up and don't supply the product you paid for!”
“First I would like to mention, Thank you!! My work carried me to Roland Ok. (Fine Springs Blvd) were I located a Pizza Hut during lunch hours. The worker there named (Becca) was cleaning the store when I arrived. She warmly greeted me. And took my order, which was made expertly, as I asked for a few things extra, like crispy - crust etc. I watched as she washed then sanitized her hands before preparing my order. The food looked incredible delicious & and tasted the same. "Becca" was very polite and helpful in my decision of what I ordered. Very professional, I intend to visit much more as my work is moving to the area. Currently I live in Ark. Where the food isn't prepared correctly! And the service isn't as nice. Thank you Pizza Hut, for having an outstanding A+ store and staff.”
