“I was overcharged over a month ago on an online order and have called and emailed everyone I can think of but just get the same response-we are sorry. We care about customer service. Someone will get back to you soon. The only thing I’ve received is the run around. No one has gotten neck to me. I gave 2 stars because the pizzas were good but the customer service from the store to upper management is terrible! Nonexistent, actually.”
“This is the second time Ive gotten a pizza from pizza hut in Lawrenceburg TN that was a moldy pizza I looked on the crust and it had mold on it and the bottom was covered in mold. This is the second time they have done this to me ..bad business..I called and told them and they said there is nothing they will do about it.”
“how disappointed I am with this location Military road and 288th . It's unfortunate that I basically wasted half of my time and money, I were order 2 large pizzas and barely any topping on the pizzas Then again, I went in knowing the possibility of that because that's how low budget this location is. discourage anyone who asks from wasting their money and time here as well. Lastly, l've learned when you can't get an answers from the bottom, go to the top, thus a formal complain has been filed.”
“My pizzas and wings are always really good and fresh. I get my pizza well done cause I get the thicker bread and if you don’t it will seem under cooked even though it’s not, but for my liking I like it well done. Wings never miss♥️🍕”
“What absolute idiot "boss" decided to get rid of the spicy chicken strips and the bbq wings. literally the only reason i got pizza hut. Will definitely be going dominoes from now on... should have listened to people from the start. PIZZA HUT BYE”
“I brought a roasted vege pizza which you struggled to even identify a vegetable. Just a sweet sickly what I thought must have been a onion jam. Will never buy again”
“Pizza Hut used to be a great place to eat, especially because of the buffet. It wasn’t just about all-you-can-eat — it was about discovering new pizzas, trying different combinations, and enjoying something that felt special. After the pandemic, almost every pizza place got rid of their buffet, and Pizza Hut was no exception.
Since then, it feels like the quality and care for the pizza just isn’t the same. The recipe seems different, and while it still tastes okay, the heart of what made Pizza Hut stand out — that buffet experience — is gone. Like so many other chains, they didn’t learn from what made them unique in the first place.
I haven’t eaten at Pizza Hut in years, mainly because they got rid of the one thing I actually liked — the buffet. Their pizza has always been kind of mediocre, but the buffet made it worth going. I tried it again the other day, and honestly, it still isn’t that great. It’s okay, but nothing special.”
“I paid for traditional wings they gave me boneless. When I came back to return them it looked like somebody had returned them and they gave them to me”
