“Absolutely zero ways to cancel an order if needed. Tried to cancel an order immediately after submitting the order because I saw address was wrong sat on hold for 4 minutes before a 'call center' answered, when they transfered me, I said on hold for 35 minutes with NO answer before finally hanging up. Cancelling transaction at the bank tomorrow since I cannot get my order.”
“My wife made a call for delivery last week, Carlos made the delivery in less than a half hour. very cordial, made us feel very comfortable. Well mannered. Highly recommend.

“Pizza Hut needs to go back to the original recipe, original standards...consistency. Pizza Hut lacks flavor, the toppings taste cheap, not enough pizza sauce on the pizza. The pizza isn't good at all. This company would definitely be on top and I would be willing to pay more for this pizza if they would go back to the original recipe and standards.”
