That's insane!
I wouldn't have ordered if I knew that the 12 wings were $21... the prices were left off on the menu. I will not use QR codes. I will not come back.

What I received today was not!!!!
I paid for extra toppings , I did not receive. There was so much sauce, it was almost soupy . Just odd . There were maybe 8 pepperoni on a pepperoni pizza. The salad I ordered said it came with lettuce, cheese, cucumbers, tomato and croutons. What I received was basically pizza toppings on some shredded lettuce. No dressing
It was lettuce, onion, green peppers . I can’t stand onion and green peppers.
You have not only wasted my hard earned money, you wasted my time and my recommendation to others of your products. I will NEVER order from you again.”
“Placed an order for pick up. Coupon not honored and manger did not seem to know much about national promotion and the pricing of what else I wanted, since there were no menus with pricing. The store was not busy and it took over 25 min for my order. I had to ask for my order, and was told that they were busy. 2 other customers were waiting shaking their heads with a tone of disappointment. I myself spent 25 years with Pizza Hut as a successful GM. To share my experience in the form of feedback is not easy because it is so sad. I’m not trying to throw anyone under the bus, but only to say that there was definitely a lack of training and motivation going on in my and others experience.”

“I placed an order on 26/03/25 for 2 veg supreme and some how got it wrong base so I called to complain that my order is wrong one of the staff said don’t worry next time order one and we will give you one free so I called today 04/04/25 around 4.50pm and the manager said bring receipt and I will sort it so I went around 5.45pm and manager sorted both pizza’s as complementary and I was willing to pay for one but he said it’s ok I thought that was so nice of him he went extra mile I am really pleased and enjoyed it so much once again thank very much for giving me 5 star service at lakeside village, white rose way Doncaster kind regards m.Ilyas”
“I visited the Roanoke, Texas store recently and had a bit of a situation with the service. I mentioned that to the manager, Robert Johnson. He jumped into action and took care of the problem and turned my whole dining experience around. His action changed my day and made me very happy. He went way over and above my expectations and I appreciated that. His pizza's are always the best too.

“Tasteless. Jacks 3.99 pizza I fed to my grandchildren was better. Crust was like eating bread. Cheese was bland. A large was 12.5”. $19.33. Will not order again. Years ago it was a good pizza.”

“I ordered a super supreme they made me just a supreme. When I asked them to fix it they refused to correct the order. And I was still charged for their screw up even though I did not get what I ordered. The waitress was very nice but was very unknowable about the products. The pop machine was down I asked her what kind of 2 litters did she have. She had to go ask. Ect. I spent close to $100 in there and didn’t even get the pizza I ordered because they refused to correct their mistake. I won’t be back.”
