“Used to be my pizza of choice but due to the app only for deals and being constantly told I won’t be served unless it’s through the app for a deal, I have decided to choose a new pizza place for my pizza.”
“Ordered a large supreme hand toss. The dough was tough. There was next to No marinara sauce ( and I’m not a big fan of the sauce but I do like a little). If there was cheese it was such a small amount me and my husband could not taste it. And what really ticked me off is that there was NO meat. Lots of green peppers and onion. They must have forgot to put meat on it. Didn’t bring it back because my husband is disabled and I can’t leave him home alone and it’s not easy to get him in the car. But I must say the man that waited on me was very courteous and just pleasant and made me feel special for coming in. To his defense if he was working alone it’s no wonder he forgot to add the meat. That being said I’m done with Pizza Hut. I’ve been disappointed too many times.”

“Customer service sucks those hood rats they have working there need proper training and need to learn food etiquette. Using profanity In front of customers is unacceptable. Also when asking if they could stop talking over people's food with long fake hair and no hair nets is very disrespectful.

“I ordered a pizza. It was already 45 minutes late. I called them and said they would give it to me since it was so late when the lady showed up with it she didn’t know anything about it so they took my pizza back. I wind up with nothing and waited for an hour and 15 minutes.”

On Sunday 28/12/2025 about 1:30pm, the wife and I decided to go to the Browns Plains Pizza Hut for the all you can eat for a late lunch . The service from the lady behind the counter was great and very efficient to be exact.I don't usually eat much pizza but I thought we would try it while in the area.
The only issue I had for some reason was the range of pizza available was limited, there was only a few bits and pieces on other trays that seemed to sit there for ages and after possibly 15 mins later one new pizza arrived. It was difficult to pick something as nothing was labelled to identify what you were eating! After paying over $57 for pizza and two drinks and having to eat leftovers that had been sitting there for who knows how long, I feel this was pretty crappy and for the amount you pay the food and range should of been much better. Not even the sauces were labeled. I saw other customers having to lift off lids and look real close to food just to work out what they were eating.
Next time I'm in the area I think the Beach House up the road would be better option and value for money.
The 2 stars are for the lady behind the counter who was efficient.”
