“Pizza Hut used to be a great place to eat, especially because of the buffet. It wasn’t just about all-you-can-eat — it was about discovering new pizzas, trying different combinations, and enjoying something that felt special. After the pandemic, almost every pizza place got rid of their buffet, and Pizza Hut was no exception.
Since then, it feels like the quality and care for the pizza just isn’t the same. The recipe seems different, and while it still tastes okay, the heart of what made Pizza Hut stand out — that buffet experience — is gone. Like so many other chains, they didn’t learn from what made them unique in the first place.
I haven’t eaten at Pizza Hut in years, mainly because they got rid of the one thing I actually liked — the buffet. Their pizza has always been kind of mediocre, but the buffet made it worth going. I tried it again the other day, and honestly, it still isn’t that great. It’s okay, but nothing special.”
“Ordered Pizza Hut for work, several varieties of crust (tavern style, original, stuffed). The stuffed crust ones were under cooked and looked like they were made be a 10 year old, the tavern style looked like someone dumped a whole jar of Italian seasoning on it. Bad deal.”

He was just sitting at the desk playing on his phone while ignoring my attempts for service. He flipped me off when I was outside the store. This was at the Parkville location. In Kansas city mo.
The pan pizzas are not as they used to be. Another example of greedflation .

As well, when you try to place an order @ 913-648-8888 the Pizza hut phone. You get more of the same, as well as a bunch of mush mouth employees who are so unprofessional and leave you on hold for 16 minutes. I had to make my call for an order 3 times! What in the heck has happened to customer service!!”
“I will never order from Pizza Hut again. It is so hard to talk to the pizza hut in Lehighton pa. I was on hold fro 15 minutes and tired and hung up. I ordered a crafted flat ultimate and never received it. Tried to call but like I said I was on hold for 15 minutes. Very disappointed with Pizza Hut. I will be ordering from Dominos for now on. “My order was delivered earlier than expected and the service I get when I pick up or phone them is great. My only issue is the was they now make cheese bread, it's all bread and sprinkle cheese instead of real melted cheese. I will never order that again because It doesn't taste good at all.”
