“The call center is rude and doesn’t help at all. I had the wrong food delivered and I had to drive to the local store to get it resolved because the call center was not doing anything to help me retrieve my order. I had a credit from the manager because of this and when I tried to order today the call center told me I didn’t have any credit. When I drove back to the local Pizza Hut to find out why, they had record of my credit and made my pizza right then and there. I wouldn’t order from Pizza Hut in Owasso unless you plan to do it in person and carry out. The call center is a joke, a bad one. They will treat you terrible and then when you are mad you end up at the local store to get things fixed because the call center doesn’t do anything. Don’t waste your time.”
