I have been robbed of my money completely, if I could give it a lower star rating I happily would. Ordered around 11:30am was supposed to come around 12/12:30pm, It’s now 2:30pm. I called to ask what was happening at 1pm I was only then told that the oven was broken? I should have been informed rather than being left waiting for my order, which clearly was not coming. I was also told my order would be with me in an hour so 2pm I was fed up so I asked for a refund. They said I could get my refund within an hour, I let them know I was coming to the restaurant as I had been messed around enough already and had paid by card. I turn up and the restaurant is closed, I wait until 1:30pm knocking on the door as my phone had died. I then returned home as there was no answer! I charged my phone calling them at 1:40pm they answer I told them that I had been to the shop and the lady who answered asked me to hold on but instead hung up on me. I called back and the lady said the shop is open I told her that I had already been to the shop and it is closed. The lady then told me it is open so I said that i wanted to speak to the manager. The lady immediately hung up the phone on me. I was beyond fuming so I went back up there leaving at 1:45pm. I got there and they were still closed so I rang the restaurant again and had the lady telling me they were open. I was standing outside with the door clearly locked. I told the lady this and then they unlocked the door and eventually let me in. While I was in there obviously very annoyed one of the members of staff was talking to me. The member of staff told me I cannot get my money back and I cannot use the card machine to get a refund, even though I had paid by card. Instead They told me I have to wait for an email. The Whole time of me talking to this member of staff I had the lady who I had previously been on the phone to laughing and sniggering at me. I am most very disgusted with the service and outrage of which has happened today with this shitty franchise! I got home for 2:30pm and I am now left without food, short of money, and have had 2 wasted travels, as well as wasted time and fuel. I really hope this does not happen to anyone else.

Haven't had pizza hut for awhile thought i give them a try again. Sad to say but your pizzas would have a hard time beating out a Totino's out of the Walmart freezer. You couldn't put any less toppings on I don't think and still call it a pizza. Not the same Pizza Hut as it was years back

Pizza Hut Management: I have yet to receive a response from the local restaurant relating to (ORDER #3241020181039001 314032458 Placed on October 20 at 6:10 PM) my order on October 20th.

I would give this a zero rating if I could. Last Friday night, I thought I had placed an order via my computer. Got to Pizza Hut around 6 pm. Went inside and told the girl working the counter I had placed an order online. She couldn't find my order and said, did you make sure it's this location? Sometimes it defaults to another location. So I went outside to my car and checked my phone. No pizza hut order confirmation in my email. So sitting in my car, I placed another order. Now it said it would be ready in about 25 minutes. I ran to CVS to waste some time. Came back about 15-20 minutes later, went inside, and again told the girl I had placed an online order. She said she couldn't find my order...again. So I went back outside to my car to get my cell phone and show her my order was placed. When I got back inside the Pizza Hut, she said I found your order. It was on another system. So then she tells me, I am number 84 and they are on 73. So I went back outside to sit in my car and wait. This whole time the front area of this location was full of people. About 10 minutes later, I go back inside. I find a seat directly across from the front counter. I see this girl helping people, telling people she's sorry, that Friday nights are really busy, etc. etc. I am sitting about 3 feet from where she is helping people. She can see me. I sit there for about 20 minutes, maybe 25 minutes and she finally looks at me and said, when you walked out the last time I cancelled your order. I was absolutely dumbfounded. I have been sitting there, she can see me. She let me sit there for 20-25 minutes without telling me she had cancelled my order. I have now been at this location for over an hour. I was beyond livid. All I could do was walk out before I said something I might regret. I will NEVER go to this location again. If I didn't love Pizza Hut pizza so much, I might not ever order another pizza from them again. I hope her manager sees this review. I hope the franchise owner sees this review. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had the displeasure of going thru. There was no reason for it except to be mean, or whatever she was doing. There was no reason to let me sit there the entire time, watching her help other people, and she couldn't tell me I was sitting there for no reason! I left there, composed myself, ordered from Marcos Pizza and picked it up in 10 minutes. This location on Tezel is the worst and that girl who was working that night needs some customer service training.

I ordered my pizza at 5:44 pm and received it at 7:19 pm. The restaurant had already refunded my money and the delivery driver had to work to have the pizza paid for. I don’t know what went wrong, but an hour and a half late?

Years ago before Covid, Pizza Hut was the best pizza around. Now they don’t even heat up the sauce for the breadsticks. It’s a take it or leave it kind of pizza. Chucky cheese’s pizza is better, so what’s that telling you.

Not received any delivery. Online tracking doesn't show the correct status. I waited for 2.5 hours, and then it showed the status as "DELIVERED," which is false—nothing was received. I don't understand how Pizza Hut operates. You don't seem to care about the customer and don't even bother to inform them. It seems like Indian Pizza Hut operates on the typical logic of "Chalta Hai." I haven't seen such unprofessionalism from Pizza Hut in other parts of the world. Completely disappointed.

Pizza Hut has bad online ordering practices Employees and or managers lack of accountability. Using door dash and sending incomplete order out the door and when customer calls saying order was not complete they act like they cannot find your order after you paid a tip before getting order. Won’t get my business no mo.

Pizza hut online ordering sucks... there is nothing wrong with the food but their online ordering needs to have a major change somewhere, most of the times the error comes on the payment screen and have to startover again and again and again.

Tried to order a pizza at 6:15 pm on a Friday night...I'm told they don't have any crust available except thin crust.. Who owns this "business?" Incredibly ridiculous

really disappointed with the pizza I had delivered last night. I ordered a large double pepperoni and double sausage, lucky if I got 3 pieces of each on each slice. Makes me remember why I haven't ordered from pizza hut for quite awhile. so sad, because it's the only pizza I like (use to) and buy. unhappy customer

You are advertising a large pizza for $12.99, however when I try to act on this promotion I am told that no store in California honors this due to the high rate of pay in the state. Why is this promotion aired in California if we cannot claim it? This is really false advertising in California. I would really like a reply to this.

I ordered the backyard BBQ thin crust pizza. When I got home there was scant to NO BBQ sauce on it and no bacon! I had to use my BBQ sauce to put on it and small amount of chicken. For $18 this is not acceptable!!

Ordered delivery and they forgot my pops and the pizza was wrong. Only thing right was the wings. Pizza was soggy and tasteless and when I called asking for my money returned on the pops, which were not delivered they said they could give me store credit. As I am not planning on going back, store credit doesn’t do me much good.

Ordered buffalo boneless wings & were basically dry ( no sauce ). Called and asked about it & they stated that's all the sauce they put on them......... Hmm mm I've been going there for over 30 years & this is absolutely absurd

Two pizzas ordered in 6 months. Thought would give a second chance; two worst pizzas I ever had. I ordered a 3 ingredient hand tossed. $24 I had two slices and threw the rest in the trash. Over baked, no taste. The worst. I will never come back.

We ordered a medium pepperoni pan crust pizza a 2 one trip salads and a tea and a lemonade and the total was 41.12 Dollars entirely to much for what we got
