I have been robbed of my money completely, if I could give it a lower star rating I happily would. Ordered around 11:30am was supposed to come around 12/12:30pm, It’s now 2:30pm. I called to ask what was happening at 1pm I was only then told that the oven was broken? I should have been informed rather than being left waiting for my order, which clearly was not coming. I was also told my order would be with me in an hour so 2pm I was fed up so I asked for a refund. They said I could get my refund within an hour, I let them know I was coming to the restaurant as I had been messed around enough already and had paid by card. I turn up and the restaurant is closed, I wait until 1:30pm knocking on the door as my phone had died. I then returned home as there was no answer! I charged my phone calling them at 1:40pm they answer I told them that I had been to the shop and the lady who answered asked me to hold on but instead hung up on me. I called back and the lady said the shop is open I told her that I had already been to the shop and it is closed. The lady then told me it is open so I said that i wanted to speak to the manager. The lady immediately hung up the phone on me. I was beyond fuming so I went back up there leaving at 1:45pm. I got there and they were still closed so I rang the restaurant again and had the lady telling me they were open. I was standing outside with the door clearly locked. I told the lady this and then they unlocked the door and eventually let me in. While I was in there obviously very annoyed one of the members of staff was talking to me. The member of staff told me I cannot get my money back and I cannot use the card machine to get a refund, even though I had paid by card. Instead They told me I have to wait for an email. The Whole time of me talking to this member of staff I had the lady who I had previously been on the phone to laughing and sniggering at me. I am most very disgusted with the service and outrage of which has happened today with this shitty franchise! I got home for 2:30pm and I am now left without food, short of money, and have had 2 wasted travels, as well as wasted time and fuel. I really hope this does not happen to anyone else.

IGOTTEN PIZZA SENSE THEY OPEN IT WAS GOOD BUT TONIGHT I GOT A LG PIE HALF N HALF STUFF CRUST AND IT WAS AWESOME!!!!!!! I HAD TO CALL IN THEM MY PIE MAKER WAS CHRIS U DID An AWESOME JOB THE NEW PIZZA HUT ON MARKET ST NEWARK!!!!!!!!

Collected half half med pitza 5 slices on pepperoni side 3 on veggie side not nice at all crust bite in it or base waste money could not be eaten

The Strongsville Pizza Hut has gone completely downhill. The service AND food are terrible. The pizza we ordered only had 3 pieces of pepperoni on each slice. None of the employees knew anything about the current 2 for $7 / ea. promotion. When we tried to explain the sale to them.....they argued with us. Will never go back !!!

We were in Gula near the railway station. Very polite and attentive staff. Everything is fresh and hot. I recommend.

Brighton marina Absolutely awful experience. Went for a birthday meal. Greater by the manager who asked if we had any allergies. I replied yes, tomatoes for my daughter. Was given allergy menu. Ordered food. Said 3 times that there’s a tomato allergy to my daughters plate. No sauce or tomato on her pizza. Plain base. She understood. Waited ages for food. Comes out, gives my daughter her pizza. They’ve seized bbq sauce over her pizza?! BBQ has tomato in! They’ve just given an allergen to a child with an allergy!!! I’ve explained she can’t have it for that reason. She takes it back and says it’ll be another 10/15 mins to re cook!!! My daughter is autistic, she didn’t understand why we’ve all got our food and her not… When food finally came out 15-17 mins later, she didn’t want it, she was put off from earlier and wasn’t hungry by that point:… They also forgot our side order of chips…. They came out once we finished our meal! Spoke to the manager, who apologised and said he’s not really sure what to say. He’s told the chef off, my daughters meal is free! She didn’t eat!! He says the chest read the order wrong and got confused!! That’s when I got more annoyed and said , what they’ve done is an allergy breach. You’ve placed a known allergen infront of a child with that allergy, their lucky nothing serious happened, where she ate it… Plus the side order was forgotten! He then offers 2kids meals free, and s pudding…. Hardly makes up for it really. The waitress then never came back to our table. Our food/plates were left in front of us. We had to go and case someone to actually pay. The table next to us wasn’t cleared for vet an hour!!! Very attentive staff!!! Extremely disappointed in the lack understanding of an allergy! And overall service. Oh and my husbands pizza had 3 peppers randomly in his pizza, again had this of been something anyone was allergic to, huge problem! Chef’s really need to be aware of what they are doing and putting in food!!! I won’t even mention the fact I’m disabled and the toilet was wet/slippery with the mop bucket and cones in the way! (The men’s toilet was out of action too, so the men had to use disableds) Completely ruined our birthday meal.

First I would like to mention, Thank you!! My work carried me to Roland Ok. (Fine Springs Blvd) were I located a Pizza Hut during lunch hours. The worker there named (Becca) was cleaning the store when I arrived. She warmly greeted me. And took my order, which was made expertly, as I asked for a few things extra, like crispy - crust etc. I watched as she washed then sanitized her hands before preparing my order. The food looked incredible delicious & and tasted the same. "Becca" was very polite and helpful in my decision of what I ordered. Very professional, I intend to visit much more as my work is moving to the area. Currently I live in Ark. Where the food isn't prepared correctly! And the service isn't as nice. Thank you Pizza Hut, for having an outstanding A+ store and staff.

****NEWS FLASH****** WHEN DOES THIS INSANITY END? I will no longer patronize Pizza Hut due to their children's book it reading program!!! Yep you heard me right 😡. They are openly promoting "Big Wig" which is about a little boy that dresses in drag. Here's the publishers description of the book "When a child dresses in drag to compete in a neighborhood costume competition, he becomes B. B. Bedazzle! A key part of B.B. Bedazzle's ensemble is a wig called Wig. Together they are an unstoppable drag queen team! But Wig feels inadequate compared to the other, big wigs. When Wig flies off B. B.'s head, she goes from kid to kid instilling confidence and inspiring dreams in those who wear her." Now I can think of many many ways to instill confidence and dreams into our children, other than telling them they have to be a DRAG QUEEN to accomplish this. This garbage is outrageous and unacceptable!!!!!

On Monday, January 10, 2022 I attempted to order from the Pizza Hut app using the 30% off regular menu priced items-online only. Once again it stated something went wrong please try later. I called the Pizza Hut I usually go to, 975 W. Lincoln Hwy Schereville, IN, to make them aware and to inquire how I could obtain 30% off. The male who answered the phone asked me to hold on. He came back to the phone stating he could take my order. I asked if there were any deals that I could receive 30% off. The male stated they do not have any deals. I asked to speak to the manager and the male hung up. I called back 3 more times and no one ever picked up the phone. I thank Pizza Hut for not answering the phone because I have fallen in love with PaPa John’s Pizza! Customer Service is everything and Pizza Hut just lost a Customer!!

Dear Pizza Hut Please make your pizza little appatizing.. Look at that.. Would you like to eat that when you craving for one in your pregnancy and order some country feast.. And when you open the box this is how it looks. I usually prefer Domino's but I had only pizza hut available at my place and you disappointed me. It was not even baked properly.. Can you see the raw tomatoes on top and cheese was not even melted and cheese tasted like it got mixed with mayo. 😑😑 That was one of the worst pizza I ever had. Where is the veggi feast I could barely see them

LOWESTOFT PIZZA HUT BRANCH Monday/24th/May/2021. My partner & I visited at 14:15, app was very slow, VERY limited menu, can only have one type of salad, NOT a mix, all pre-made, I wanted green salad but don't like Carrots, it's mixed in with it!!! Who just wants Potato salad or just Coleslaw? CAN'T EVEN MIX & MATCH, ONLY ONE OF THE THREE! Can ONLY order ONE of the four pizzas available at any one time, eat that then order Pizza again, they DON'T do slices. The 'Blonde' member of staff was dealing with a couple at a table, it looked like she had finished with them so I said 'excuse me' (meaning when you have finished can I have your attention), she was rather Snappy & said 'I'm dealing with these!' (wind your neck in girl, I was polite so you should be!), other places we have been to offer much more variety of salad. The place only had a few diners, my partner & I looked at each other & we knew neither of us liked the service or the way Pizza Hut have gone about it, incompetent & NOT the best way to go about it. We decided to leave, the 'blonde' then shouted across the room, "it's been this way for over a year!" (DON'T SHOUT! DON'T BE STROPPY, BE PROFESSIONAL) SO!!! Just means it's been very bad for over a year & Pizza Hut should do a better job & that would explain why they were almost empty & every time we've looked it seems to always be that way! PIZZA HUT, you want to get customers back this isn't the way to go about it, NOT EVEN CLOSE!! We went to a Castle Calvary not far from that Pizza Hut, FULL MENU, you ticked what you wanted on a menu, they brought it to you, perfect service, perfect food VERY MUCH UNLIKE YOU!

Went in after covid changes. Not impressed. Reduced menu got rid of veggie hot pizza!! Pay online service meant literally no customer service or just some pleasantries. Place felt cold, horrible and very akward. No salad bar options either but apparently had premade bowls u could choose from. Urgh. Man im so so disappointed. Used to be a fun happy family place. None of the warmth left. Walked out without ordering anything.

Waterlooville branch and the whole company - the absolute pits. Ordered online 3 hours in advance of required delivery. Called 45 minutes after delivery was due and got told drivel about it being a future order and one oven and no indication of when the pizza which was already 45 minutes late might be delivered. Told them to cancel and refund and was told I would have to go back online to request a refund. I had to go get some food myself and ended up running more than 1 hour late. The complaint form on their crappy website wouldn't submit so I spent 20 minutes waiting for them to answer the phone before giving up and a further 15 minutes on the phone the following day just trying to get my money back which I was told may take 14 days.

Ordered pizza hut delivery from Mansfield via their website and was told on the page that they had received my order. Called them to change my order for them to tell me they never received it! Checked my bank and saw the amount was in pending transactions so I called customer services to say that they had took my money but I had no food and was advised there was a system error and it will take 10 to 15 working days for my money to be back in my account! If I hadn't have rung the local pizza hut id of still been sat here waiting for my food! Tried to call customer services back 5 times and line kept going dead! Should have gone to dominoes Don't ever order pizza hut delivery!

Their customer service is rubbish. They promise that the online order will be delivered within a certain time. (Double the time plus more and we were still waiting) complained and they said they will send a £10 voucher in 3 days!! Two months later nothing. Sent an email to ask and no reply. Two weeks later I called and they said only the person who emailed me can help me. They can’t even issue a voucher with out this person apparently. So I have complained again. It’s ridiculous. It’s happen twice this year on both occasions being online orders which should have been there on time but wasn’t!!!!!!!!
