“This post is about the Galena Kansas location…This will be my first negative review that I have made because it really really bothered me. I don't believe in leaving those kind of reviews. Usually I just shove them off because I believe that makes you the better person. When it comes to good reviews, I'm all about it. I throw out good vibes into the world 1000 times and over! Just to let everyone know, I don't believe it was the staff member's fault at all. She was super sweet and sympathized with the situation and loved how patient I was with everything and kind last night. I placed an order around 8 o'clock last night. My delivery said it would be roughly around 35 minutes or so to arrive about an hour went by so I called to check on it and she said that the driver was just running behind and she had multiple deliveries and she'll be at my residence soon so I was OK with that. I called back again because another half an hour went by. She apologized and said that I'm so sorry my driver is new and her car will not start and I'm sorry about this and would give me a credit for the order transaction. I told her that I will drive there since you already made it, on the phone she confirmed that I will still be getting a full credit of my entire order for the trouble. I drove all the way to the location and she apologized again to me as she handed me my food as I came out of my car in my pajamas. She said thank you so much and she had me sign the paper and she said I will make sure that this will be credited back to your account for the full amount. She thought it was nice that I drove all the way there especially because I paid for delivery fee and for the driver's tip. I said thank you so much for being so polite and I'm so sorry about your new driver's car. This evening I had family members over and I told them about the credit and that I could get us a dinner ready and ordered to have delivered to our house and I took about about half an hour picking out everyone's favorites and I called and and asked the manager exactly what I should do for my credit and I don't know how to put it through the app and he told me to try to put it through the app and if it doesn't happen to call back and that I could just tell him over the phone I said OK I'll let you know if I have any issues. So I tried to put my order through the app and it did not show up as a Credit so I called back and told him exactly what I did place on the order and he kept putting me on hold quite a few times. I was very patient and polite and told him that that his employe credited me about $53.00. He said that I only had a $10 credit which I knew of from an issue in the past. I said that can't be right and I explained the situation and what happened the night prior. He told me he had no documentation of a credit of the transaction. I did not know how to react because as I was explaining everything to him, and he kept sounding very insincere. With the uncomfortable pauses, I felt like I had to prove a point. I explained everything kindly. He told me that he could give me the number to the office. I explained myself again, trying to think of words that maybe would make the situation more understandable and then again he kept saying that he can only give me the number to the office, and there was nothing that he could do. I asked him if he could at least give me an apology as the manager for everything I went through, there was a pause, and then he said a hard "NO" and hung up on me. I have been ordering from this Pizza Hut for many years. Unfortunately, I am never going to make an order again..”
“Pizza Hut in Alamo has big problems. First and most important is some of their employees. I was treated with no respect and cussed at threatening me for not giving him the name he wanted to find my online order. He wanted to throw my pizzas in the trash. Very hostile and then the pizza itself was overcooked, dry, and tasted very salty and tuff. 36$ wasted and they did end up in the trash. Never going back, I don’t recommend you go there ever.”

“I ordered a pizza. It was already 45 minutes late. I called them and said they would give it to me since it was so late when the lady showed up with it she didn’t know anything about it so they took my pizza back. I wind up with nothing and waited for an hour and 15 minutes.”

“Went into Pizza Hut SE 44th & Sunnylane rd., Del City okc some where before 4pm I ordered 8 piece boneless chicken wings after standing in line maybe 7-10 min, after putting in my order I stood thinking it wouldn’t be very long, HA. So I sat down I texted my granddaughter at 4:06 pm saying can I report a restaurant for employees going from the cash register to preparing food not using gloves as I said that was 4:06 pm. At 4:51 pm I was talking to a Del city police officer whom I called to get my money back since I was denied the food I ordered why? because I complained about taking too long and asking for my money back to sum, I was at this Pizza Hut almost an hour, I left with no food, no receipt, no name of the “I am it…I am the manager” and NO you won’t get your money back because you (me) are not nice, he went on to say, in his defense, he tried offering me a cookie or fudge because of my long wait which at that time I said yes reluctantly, after all the day before, Christmas I had baked 3 pies and 3 cakes I needed a cookie/fudge like I needed cancer. He went on to threatened me saying I can call the police but they either will take me to jail OR they won’t/can’t do anything I I myself never mentioned calling police that was his call maybe he was thinking I should call the police. I not only called the police tho, I have reported this business to the BBB of OKC, I have reported this business to Oklahoma county Health department and I am not done yet, this individual standing behind the name of Pizza Hut insulted me, hurt my feelings, stressed me out beyond words, I am still holding back tears, probably blood pressure out of this world, disrespected my full head of grey hair (past the age of 80) I have grandchildren I think older than him. Upon filing my complaint with BBB I saw the complaints others have filed against Pizza Hut I can understand why they have a ratings of (D-).”

waited for more than 1hour 40min for order to arrive Talabat kept saying order on the way.. when i called teh same pizza hut sharq number to confirm if the order is sent.. Kinley unprofessional with a card of damn attitude said i cancelled the order.. I insisted i had an event people were waiting since more than 1.5hr to eat ..How could she cancel without informing ,, Least she could do was check "cannot modify should i continue with same order or cancel it" irresponsible and care a damn attitue she and another guy at the restaurant same time said " WE COULD NOT MODIFY SO WE CANCELLED without informing the customer and here i was waiting " .. Even Talabat doesnt know it was cancelled. I could not reorder as pizzahut site or talabat again as Pizza hut was busy as christmas day.. She put in a deep embarrassment on a christmas day in front of my guest. I demand she should be thrown out her job for caring a damn and not even having little responsibiliuty to call and inform that cancelling so we could make alternate arrangements.”
