“I had ordered the big box plus an extra order of bread sticks for family who was coming for dinner. My mother had stopped to pick up the order for us. They told her they did not have an order for :Jen Miller". She waited outside at the window for over 10 mins waiting for the gentleman to come back about the whereabouts of my order. She finally parked and went inside. The order under the name of "Justin Miller " was really my order and not under "Justin" . That's just what he thought it said. Then She had to wait an extra 10 mins because they did not have my order of bread sticks made. Finally get my order completed. They never gave me the bread sticks that came in the big box deal. We were shortened an order. The pizza and wings were extremely dry. I think will be my last time going to the Lock Haven pizza hut.”

“We saw your great ad on TV for the flatbread pizza and 10 minutes later drove to the LEBANON PA Pizza Hut. We sat in the dining room for 10 minutes and no one approached us so we left. Two days later we went to the palmyra Pizza Hut and they told us they don’t have dining room service. Two weeks later I called Pizza Hut in LEBANON ordered the pizza we wanted and I was told it’ll take 15 minutes. I went to the Pizza Hut and they informed me that if they didn’t take my charge card over the phone at the time of order that they don’t have the order and are not making it. I then said OK I’ll order it now and just wait. They told me they no longer make those pizzas after 5 o’clock.
Needless to say this is the last time I will be eating at Pizza Hut or trying to.”
“Order took more than an hour and when it arrived, the pizza was stone cold. This is the second time this has happened.
In less time we could have gotten a pizza at Papa Murphy's, drove home, and cooked it. We would have had hot pizza.
Maybe there's a staffing shortage at this restaurant, but when one spends $35.00 on a meal - it should be delivered on time and the food should be hot.
There are several nearby pizza joints that deliver. Our days at this Pizza Hut are over.”

“Called-in order was wrong. Paid $22 for a medium-sized cheese and mushroom pizza that I received! I had originally called in an order for a "hamburger" pizza. When I called them to tell them that I had received the wrong order they told me that the message they had received was that I had ordered a "ham" pizza! Ham??? But there wasn't even any ham! The slice of pizza I had gotten had only one little sliver of ham the size of a worm!!! And that was suppose to be a ham pizza?? To begin with, there's a world of difference between a "ham" and "hamburger" pizza. I don't know if it was the cook or the foreign lady that got the order wrong, and this was the Pizza Hut in Alice, TX. When I asked for a refund they told me I was going to have to go through my credit card to file a complaint and that they were going to have to investigate. Really? And this was the 2nd time they had gotten the order all wrong!!! I will never buy another pizza from Pizza Hut again!”
“Ordered supreme pizza after a long day at work for delivery and received undercooked cold raw veggies and white crust instead of golden brown. Called store and they remade it and delivery driver didn't even ring doorbell and left on porch. Crust was still not golden brown and veggies only slightly better. After paying $39.21 for this pizza I threw it away and ate a bowl of cereal for my dinner. I will never order from Pizza Hut again!!!”

“Pizza Hut delivery driver, Pedro crashed into our front steps last night(10/6/2025) and cared more about the damage to his car than our property. After Pedro, checked his car for damages he got back into his car and took off. I have spent over three hours trying to reach the corporate office and a manager. All I'm getting is hung up on by staff. No wonder Pedro had no problem driving off and leaving us with the expense of taking care of the damages that will likely cost over $3000.00. “The pizza hut in Bowie,tx is the worse they take forever to get there pizzas out and as a door dasher i can honestly say that the manager takes the big order from churches and such and cancels them through door dashing so his delivery drivers can get the big tips! When my husband called him out on it he had him blocked from the store!”
