“I ordered from pizza hut..my bill was $ 28.44 they charged my card $ 36.44 the delivery person gave there self a 8.00 tip without my approval. and when they brought my pizza my son said it was left out side on the ground in front of my door..if I had saw it I would have called pizza hut and made them take it back ..that person should be fired..I have been in touch with pizza so that my money will be refunded.. so pizza hut has thieves working for them..I will never order from them again”
“I participated in your stop game and was supposed to be sent items for winning. I received an email saying due to an error, they could nit send them. But they gave me a code for a free large one item pizza. I have tried to redeem this pizza with the code, it does not work. Was this just another scam. I’m sitting here minding my business, enjoying my pizza, chewing my food, and all of a sudden I look down and there’s a whole fly baked into my pizza. 🤢 I immediately spit everything out. My first thought was, “Oh my God… if there’s a fly in here, what else is in this kitchen? Maggots?”
My stomach turned instantly. I couldn’t take another bite.
This ain’t about getting a free pizza. This is about basic cleanliness and food safety. How does a fly get baked into somebody’s food and nobody catches it before it leaves the kitchen?
I took pictures because I knew folks wouldn’t believe me. Pizza Hut, y’all need to do better. Somebody needs to inspect that kitchen because this is beyond unacceptable. I paid for pizza, not extra protein.

“I went to Harringay brunch and ordered my usual pizza pepperoni, but the price was different, I asked the reason why and they told me that this is the price. When I told them that I always get this pizza for £9.99 the guy told me " I'm the manager, I know the price". I told him that I often order the same pizza, but he was rude and start talking in a different language and laughing with his colleagues. Terrible experience and I will never order your pizza again!”
“Pizza Hut on 119th st in Overland Park Ks. The pizza was very over cooked. Crust was so hard you couldn’t bite or chew it.if you tried to break it. It just snapped and. crumbled .I would have returned it but my husband is disabled and I was unable to leave him. I stood at the counter to pick up my order. “Advise to customers. Check your receipt to make sure the Pizza Hut employees don’t add a tip without your knowledge. This is what happened to me twice. Bothtimes were for takeout service The first time I noticed it while I was still in the diner and the cashier refunded me the tip they added. This first instance was 3-4 months ago The second time, I ordered takeout again, and after I paid, I mentioned it to the cashier what happened to me the first time. The cashier told me that no tip would be added.I was not given a receipt with the credit card transaction. Instead, I was given the receipt without the card transaction. When I received my credit card statement, I noticed that I was charged higher than what my receipt showed. I went in person to dispute this. They did refund it to me which was good of them. Still, if you don’t check your receipt, Pizza Hut employees may take advantage of you.”

“Madison in pizza hut offered a personal pizza special for Tuesday for $3. So was ordering for 5 kids. Called to confirm special. Was told to go online. I wasted 15 minutes downloading and searching. No special. Called back was told by someone else no special after telling all these kids they were getting their own pizzas. Decided to call back and ASK again to honor the special. Was told system was down. I'm like just take my order over the phone and honor the special. And they WOULD NOT. so over 30 minutes wasted time.”
