“Madison in pizza hut offered a personal pizza special for Tuesday for $3. So was ordering for 5 kids. Called to confirm special. Was told to go online. I wasted 15 minutes downloading and searching. No special. Called back was told by someone else no special after telling all these kids they were getting their own pizzas. Decided to call back and ASK again to honor the special. Was told system was down. I'm like just take my order over the phone and honor the special. And they WOULD NOT. so over 30 minutes wasted time.”

“I ordered from Haltom City here in Texas and contracted samonella from that store. I went on a 7 day cruise not knowing I was suffering already and ended up hospitalized for 4 days in a different state. My kidneys were shutting down due to the illness and it ruined what should have been a pleasurable experience for me and my disabled brother. I won't give up on pizza hut because I love it but I won't take a chance with this store again. My trust has been broken and I didn't get to enjoy my vacation.”

Both pizzas arrived burnt, and the wings did not taste like lemon pepper. I went to the store to show them the pizzas, but they refused to give me a credit. I have been ordering pizza from Pizza Hut for years, and this is the first time the food hasn't tasted like authentic Pizza Hut. I am very disappointed with both the food and the customer service. I am going to post a bad review because I am very disappointed, and my daughters were not happy with the pizza. We stayed home to watch a movie and ordered a pizza from you, but it ended up being the worst night I’ve spent with my family all because of these pizzas and wings. I am requesting a credit to compensate for the terrible pizza and wings we received.”
