“I called Pizza hut here in Newport on Friday for delivery waited an hour no delivery I called and it they said they could cancel my order and reorder again very disappointed in their service so I canceled it and I will never order from there again I ordered from papa John's and got excellent service the way it should be”
“> Worst experience at Pizza Hut, [Outlet Name - Udaipur Staff behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional. After paying full amount, they denied to give a carry bag for the order and misbehaved when asked. Such arrogant attitude from a big brand like Pizza Hut is not expected. Will never visit again and will not recommend to anyone. 1 Star.”
“Order took over 2 hours. No answer at the store to get information on why it was taking so long. And then I was missing items when it finally did arrive. I don’t eat pizza and they gave me a free pizza coupon and decided not to refund anything. I only eat the sandwiches and pastas so this coupon is absolutely useless for me! I swear I have nothing but issues with this Store every time I order.”
“Me and my spouse Adam were VERY disappointed with the food. You can look at our friend Steve's review photo. It looked like our pizza had been thrown onto the floor before being given to us. Never coming back again. Lost two loyal beautiful customers.”
“Went to place order all good, get to check out added a tip. Why does this bother me? Well I have not interacted with an employee the whole time I was ordering, didn’t request a large amount of pizza ( just normal family) and there were no special instructions they would have to accommodate. I pay the prices on the menu, which is suppose to pay operating costs. Adding additional charges ( that’s what they are) is nothing more than greed on your company’s part. Pay your employees and offer a menu with valid prices. Enjoy your declining sales - never again. Online order.”
“Today order pizza overcooked

“went to “new” pizza hut in Auburn NY, went in every table had trash on them from previous customers, only 3 groups of people at tables. why set up so everyone has to walk through dining area to order… not good experience , You messed up, and menu without prices…. no medium pizzas. Why only two employees ion duty whole restaurant. $105 didn’t enjoy spending. Shame on you my group won’t be back!”
“The Afton pizza hut is horrible I really give it 0 stars they treat their employees horrible and they don't charge out their food they just add to the moldy stuff”
“I waited for 30 min , and I’m a regular customer. The customer service is bad , after informing two people to take my order they still didn’t care
Pizza hut al gurair”
“I sent $58 at the Pizza Hut in Smyrna, DE. The food was awful. Don’t waste your money or time. If you enjoy brick oven pizza take the drive and visit Veronica’s Pizzeria in Dover.”
“Bought 5 pizzas I call and they told me they couldn’t remake them until they talk to supervisor in charge I had my receipt and pizzas to prove they were all burnt”
“Visited the Pizza Hut on St Charles Road in Berkeley. The lady working today was very rude. Took her over 10 minutes to acknowledge. I was waiting for an order. Once I was acknowledged, she told me it will be right up. 15 minutes later still waiting looks like she’s the only one at the restaurant because she’s taking orders. Can she just box my pizza so I can go? I decided to leave and will never order from here again. Contested payment through credit card.”
“My wings were cold and really hard, just like a rocks. Yes I took photos, because some were so tiny and hard... wasnt funny at all... what a waste of money.. now I'm trying to upload my photos but the system won't even let me...because there scary.. haha”
