It just snapped and. crumbled .I would have returned it but my husband is disabled and I was unable to leave him. I stood at the counter to pick up my order. The girl saw me but took her time coming out. I will never order Pizza Hut again from any location”
“Advise to customers. Check your receipt to make sure the Pizza Hut employees don’t add a tip without your knowledge. This is what happened to me twice. Bothtimes were for takeout service The first time I noticed it while I was still in the diner and the cashier refunded me the tip they added. This first instance was 3-4 months ago The second time, I ordered takeout again, and after I paid, I mentioned it to the cashier what happened to me the first time. The cashier told me that no tip would be added.I was not given a receipt with the credit card transaction. Instead, I was given the receipt without the card transaction. When I received my credit card statement, I noticed that I was charged higher than what my receipt showed. I went in person to dispute this. They did refund it to me which was good of them. Still, if you don’t check your receipt, Pizza Hut employees may take advantage of you.”

“Staff would not listen when told not to slice the pizza. Guy who made pizza sliced it with dirty cutter after putting clean one back, guy who took order, took cutter and sliced even more. Passed it to me said, thank you have a nice day and then both went into the back. I will never go back. New -Minas pizza hut. Didn't even spell my name right.”
“I arrived to the pizzeria at 7:23pm, and I received horrible service. The cashier didn’t want to serve me, she had a nasty attitude when I tried to order, to the point where I had to leave with my child and she told me to do whatever the hell I wanted to do. “Madison in pizza hut offered a personal pizza special for Tuesday for $3. So was ordering for 5 kids. Called to confirm special. Was told to go online. I wasted 15 minutes downloading and searching. No special. Called back was told by someone else no special after telling all these kids they were getting their own pizzas. Decided to call back and ASK again to honor the special. Was told system was down. I'm like just take my order over the phone and honor the special. And they WOULD NOT. so over 30 minutes wasted time.”
