“Pizza hut in wheelersburg oh sure don't know how to run a business when you call you either get hung up on it or when you tell them your order they tell you they can't take orders”
“I ordered around 9:34 p.m. my food was just delivered at 10:50 that's 10 minutes til closing. I called to inquire about my order and a black guy answered the phone stating they only had one driver and hung up in my face. They could have reached out to me to notify me therefore i could have decided if i wanted to pick my order up. I also tipped the driver on top of my order being 66.00. I am very disappointed I will be calling the store manager and corporate tomorrow. I should have listened to my husband and ordered dominoes at least i have never experienced anything like this. My personal pan pizza was smashed. all the toppings is stuck to the lid.”
“Will never order from Pizza Hut again . It was so bad and the cheese sticks were not cooked all the way. It’s not like it used to be . The deliver guy they sent gave me the creeps . Wanted me to stand by the door while he confirmed the ordered was delivered.”
“Ordered delivery and they forgot my pops and the pizza was wrong. Only thing right was the wings. Pizza was soggy and tasteless and when I called asking for my money returned on the pops, which were not delivered they said they could give me store credit. As I am not planning on going back, store credit doesn’t do me much good.”
“We went to Pizza Hut last night for food before a concert...horrified at the prices...
A meal deal and a individual Pizza with one drink nearly £80! Thats a full weeks food shopping for our family of 3! Absolute madness. We were served by a lovely lady who we could not fault but she told us we would need to scan the QR Code and order online....I feel this takes away from the 'going out for a meal' experience.
We left and found somewhere that fed the 3 of us for 3rd of the price...I feel Pizza Hut has lost the plot.
We won't be returning thats for sure.

“Two pizzas ordered in 6 months. Thought would give a second chance; two worst pizzas I ever had. I ordered a 3 ingredient hand tossed. $24 I had two slices and threw the rest in the trash. Over baked, no taste. The worst. I will never come back.”

“I recently visited the Pizza Hut branch on Boulevard Riyadh and was extremely disappointed with the quality of both the food and service. The pizza was far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Pizza Hut, especially compared to other locations. Additionally, the staff seemed poorly trained, which further worsened the experience.
As a loyal customer, I hope Pizza Hut maintains consistent quality across all branches. This particular location urgently needs improvement in food preparation, ingredient standards, and staff training. I hope my feedback is taken seriously to ensure better experiences for future customers.”

I placed an order online. They missed 1 kids pizza.
This caused a further delay. Eith kids being really hungry and then had to wait even longer for the pizza to arrive which was placed under a hot plate and served to us again without being made fresh this is what I paid for.
A truly horrible experience and the customer care teams response was very disappointing from a man named Marcus. They didn't even bother to give vouchers for their mistake but instead is hoping I place a future order with them and their response is. I hope you have a better experience in future. Which is what I find so funny. They really believe people that have bad experience will continue to order with them. They are many better pizza restuarants now than pizza hut which has better service and professional customer care team.

“There were two couples in the restaurant and we were a family of 4 with a baby and had to wait with no one in front of us to be seated after 4 people looked at us. Then the waitress didn’t write down the order had to come back and ask and then proceeded to go and sit with her friends who came into the restaurant. She checked on us once and we asked for boxes.”
