“The shop at 17256 McLoughlin in Portland OR takes delivery orders even though they have no drivers. It takes hours. Why not be truthful and tell people, we have no delivery drivers, so if you want to pick up, we can accommodate you. After an hour I called and they told me, They said nothing about not having a driver, yet they charged me for the pizza. I had to call several times and then had to drive down and pick up a cold pizza. WTF!!!!!”

What I received today was not!!!!
I paid for extra toppings , I did not receive. There was so much sauce, it was almost soupy . Just odd . There were maybe 8 pepperoni on a pepperoni pizza. The salad I ordered said it came with lettuce, cheese, cucumbers, tomato and croutons. What I received was basically pizza toppings on some shredded lettuce. No dressing

“Placed an order for pick up. Coupon not honored and manger did not seem to know much about national promotion and the pricing of what else I wanted, since there were no menus with pricing. The store was not busy and it took over 25 min for my order. I had to ask for my order, and was told that they were busy. 2 other customers were waiting shaking their heads with a tone of disappointment. I myself spent 25 years with Pizza Hut as a successful GM. To share my experience in the form of feedback is not easy because it is so sad.
