“Plz dont rely on these ppl, they have served pepperoni on a veg pizza, i think some serious action should be taken , its nt a joke , how irresponsible,”
“Initially, the dining room is supposed to be open until 10 pm, but yesterday, Sunday, March 2nd, at about 8 pm, all the tables were already broken down, clean, and the chairs over the tables; just the salad bar still available.
Because it was Sunday in Ashtabula, it was decided to eat something there. The girl who attended us told us the salad bar cost is $3.99, originally per trip, including the meal bar that was already closed and broken down (which is so costly/expensive, especially for the small plates they offer available there) but we can still do it if we want (she did not specify that still charging per trip). In the end, she tried to overcharge us for a supposedly extra trip that the other person did not make.
The service is so bad, especially considering that there were about 5 people working at that time, and no more customers there.
At least, the SuperSupreme thin crust pizza was more than OK.”
“Refusing to refund items not delivered. Offered a 15 quid voucher after supplying wrong items that could have caused serious allergic reactions as well. Haven’t contacted the actual restaurant in the process of looking into complaint.”
“Bought a pan pizza and a hand tossed with three ingredients. The pan pizza dough is precooked before they make it. That was fine.
The hand tossed was not done. It was starch white on the crust, not tan or brown. The cheese was not completely melted. It was take out. We had to cook it the rest of the way at home. By far the worst pizza I have had in a long time. I stopped buying Pizza Hut years ago because of problems like this. This was a wake up call to NEVER BUY PIZZA HUT AGAIN!”
“You won't fix your online app so we could use our points. You all have known about this problem since you updated your app which sucks by the way. The old version was so much better and easier. Now you have a terrible app and we can't use our points for pizza only the garbage you have on there.”
“Pizza Hut in hummelstown was more then horrible, we would have been better buying a $5.00 pizza at giant, ordered the 9.99 special, it was the worst pizza we ever had, thin, dry, tasteless, don’t waste your money, man didn’t know what the hell he was doing!!”
“I tried to order pizza online last week. Every time I went through it would say "something went wrong", eventually I gave up and just phoned. Wife checked the credit card and they had charged my card 3 times even though I was given a error message. Buyer beware. I have IBS and can eat their pizza without getting sick, only reason we buy from there.”
“The dinning in part was horrible. Very thin crust, giving us bottle drinks instead of in cups with ice. Everything was just a no. It was not like this a couple of years ago. I feel bad for the sweet people who work there.”
“I had a disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut. I was the only person in line, yet it took an unreasonably long time for someone to take my order. There was no clear explanation for the delay, and the staff didn't seem attentive. It's frustrating when customer service feels like an afterthought, especially when the place isn't busy. Definitely not the experience I expected.”
“Went to Pizza Hut in the bull ring for my daughters birthday and it was terrible, the buffet was a complete rip off, the Que was a mile long, the food was cold, staff were all too busy, trying to ram as many in as possible, never in my life have I had such a worse experience.”
“This is the second time from this same location that you guys do not deliver the order.
Today my son and I waited almost an hour for our order, then we got confirmation from text that the driver was “having trouble finding the address” I called and no answer. I texted and he said he had found it, then I recieved a notification saying he had deliver the item but there is nothing at my door. I was paying cash so I dont know where he delivered it and why he stopped answering. Tomorrow I will be going in person to look for Jesus at the location, this is messed up I can deal with it but my kid was waiting for that pizza. This is not ok”
“I will never ever order Pizza hut again, the price and portion size is as close to being violated as I have ever been with food quality vs price.
70$ for 1 14 in large pizza and a very small slab of brownie, insanity!!!!!
I am out of town and had to order something for my kids, enough to feed maybe 2 people. I used to love pizza hut, bye bye !!!!!”
“Ordered a fiery chicken pizza regular (thin crust pizza) the quality of the pizza is terrible.
Barely find chicken pieces and over burnt thin bread which with no taste of cheese!
Even the size of a regular pizza has been reduced, back in days Pizza Hut regular size and personal pizza size was worth of the price!
Now the size is smaller and the price is higher!
It also was not so satisfying ended up eating a Burger King 2 buns and fries!
Burger King new offer which is only 750 LKR Deneva Dekak was more filling and satisfying than the Pizza Hut fiery chicken pizza which we actually expected to be worthy and satisfying but such a failiure!!
Very disappointing to see how the Pizza Hut standard has gone so low!”
“I have always loved the buttery, moist crust used at Pizza Hut until today. Apparently the dough/crust changed. It is now hard, dry, and bland and lacks taste. I honestly think I could have got better pizza from the frozen section at grocery store. I literally ate some of the pepperoni and cheese on top then threw the remainder (large) pizza away.”
“DELIVERY review. Never got our order and spent 10 minutes arguing with staff about this. They accused me of lying, said they put it on the outside table as requested. But the table was covered in UNTOUCHED SNOW. Nothing had been put there. Then they said kids took it. Again, snow untouched on table, nothing ever put there. They told me it was IMPOSSIBLE that I didn't get my order, so I sent a photo of the untouched snow on the outside table, proving that nothing had been put there.”
