“I order a meat lover pizza and the pizza. I did not receive the correct size for a meat lover. The crust part of the pizza was just torn off and a slice was not a meat lover. The meat was hard. Very disappointed”

What I received today was not!!!!
I paid for extra toppings , I did not receive. There was so much sauce, it was almost soupy . Just odd . There were maybe 8 pepperoni on a pepperoni pizza. The salad I ordered said it came with lettuce, cheese, cucumbers, tomato and croutons. What I received was basically pizza toppings on some shredded lettuce. No dressing
It was lettuce, onion, green peppers . I can’t stand onion and green peppers.

“Placed an order for pick up. Coupon not honored and manger did not seem to know much about national promotion and the pricing of what else I wanted, since there were no menus with pricing. The store was not busy and it took over 25 min for my order. I had to ask for my order, and was told that they were busy. 2 other customers were waiting shaking their heads with a tone of disappointment. I myself spent 25 years with Pizza Hut as a successful GM. To share my experience in the form of feedback is not easy because it is so sad. I’m not trying to throw anyone under the bus, but only to say that there was definitely a lack of training and motivation going on in my and others experience.”

“I ordered a super supreme they made me just a supreme. When I asked them to fix it they refused to correct the order. And I was still charged for their screw up even though I did not get what I ordered. The waitress was very nice but was very unknowable about the products. The pop machine was down I asked her what kind of 2 litters did she have. She had to go ask. Ect. I spent close to $100 in there and didn’t even get the pizza I ordered because they refused to correct their mistake. I won’t be back.”

“The outlets have a shortage of staff so service is non existent. The food is overpriced. A regular pizza costs $30 and a prawn aglio olio cost $18. Not only is it expensive, the regular pizza is small and has very little toppings. The spaghetti although tastes quite good, the portion is literally 3 mouthfuls.
Unless they have promotions like 1-1 pizzas, etc, I wouldn’t eat at Pizza Hut again. Even the takeaway pizzas, they very often get it wrong. Instead of the pan pizza, they give you the thin and crispy which tastes terrible.”

The worst customer service. I can’t even receive help on an order I put in hours ago because they don’t pick up their phone.”
