“First the dining room is too small, the tables are tiny and they said you can’t request a booth if there’s not more than 2 people so you have no room for your food. The waitress didn’t bring refills for drinks also said no to go cups so I couldnt get drink to go, she also stood so far away when speaking. Not a good experience at all! Also she kept rolling her eyes at other customers!”
“I place a order over the phone at 11:03pm I ask what time the store closed she said 12:00 arrived at the EAST WEST CONNECTOR AUSTELL, GA location NO ONE was in the store, so I called the next morning around 11:00 spoke with a manager he replied they close at 12 stop taking orders at 11:30 and he doesn't know why they placed the order so I asked what can he do about what happened he replied NOTHING so no more OF MY MONEY WILL BE SPENT AT ANY PIZZA HUT LOCATION!”

ordered from Lake Wylie SC site for delivery . Recd order, it was wrong . Receipt is right but doesn't match what was delivered. When called store, call rings in a call center and we are told stores do not take calls. There is no option to report wrong order and have right order delivered. So I have now paid Pizza Hut and do not have my right order and no way to get my food ,so I am out money and food. Call center cant help. Online chat with Pizza Hut cant help. Sounds like fraud. This is ridiculous. Mistakes happen but when there is no way to report the error and have it fixed, this place shoukd not be in business.”

“The shop at 17256 McLoughlin in Portland OR takes delivery orders even though they have no drivers. It takes hours. Why not be truthful and tell people, we have no delivery drivers, so if you want to pick up, we can accommodate you. After an hour I called and they told me, They said nothing about not having a driver, yet they charged me for the pizza. I had to call several times and then had to drive down and pick up a cold pizza. WTF!!!!!”
