Tried to cancel an order immediately after submitting the order because I saw address was wrong sat on hold for 4 minutes before a 'call center' answered, when they transfered me, I said on hold for 35 minutes with NO answer before finally hanging up. Cancelling transaction at the bank tomorrow since I cannot get my order.”

“My wife ordered two pizzas and breadsticks that I would pick up on my way home she was told on the app when the pizza would be ready. I got to the restaurant and walked in a couple of minutes after that time up to the counter gave her my name she looked up the pizza and said every excuse imaginable and told me that it would be up to 30 minutes longer which tells me they had not even prepared the pizza yet. The cashier was quite snippy about it never once apologized I will think twice before visiting the Pizza Hut in Newcastle Indiana. It doesn't matter if you have new employees or what is going on that app tracks how long it's taking to get those pizzas prepared if you have not even put that pizza in the oven yet you need to be honest with your customers and you need to apologize and make it up to them but there was no attempts to do that this evening. You're now on my off list.”

“First time I have ordered the single pizza for $2. I will NOT be ordering from them again. The wait was over 45 min. long then when I got the window they were rude. I believe they are overwhelmed with that deal however they should make sure they are prepared for it with more employees. I don’t know why they ask you what time you would like to pick up because they were so behind my pizza was cold slapped together barely anything on it. From now on it will be Dominos pizza never had a problem with them. Don’t waste your time it’s not worth it.”
“Ordered $55.31 worth of food on 6/10/2025, when food arrived was extremely burnt, missing items to my order. Called store, sent to a call center was transferred back to store. Waited on the phone an hour and a half, no answer. Contacted corporate on 6/27/2025 and was told management would be in touch with me in three days now we are at July 7 and still no contact from management. This pizza hut on Curry Ford Road in Orlando Florida is absolutely terrible and they like to ignore customers out of state visiting and take their money.”
