“Initially, the dining room is supposed to be open until 10 pm, but yesterday, Sunday, March 2nd, at about 8 pm, all the tables were already broken down, clean, and the chairs over the tables; just the salad bar still available.
Because it was Sunday in Ashtabula, it was decided to eat something there. The girl who attended us told us the salad bar cost is $3.99, originally per trip, including the meal bar that was already closed and broken down (which is so costly/expensive, especially for the small plates they offer available there) but we can still do it if we want (she did not specify that still charging per trip). In the end, she tried to overcharge us for a supposedly extra trip that the other person did not make.
The service is so bad, especially considering that there were about 5 people working at that time, and no more customers there.
At least, the SuperSupreme thin crust pizza was more than OK.”

“Bought a pan pizza and a hand tossed with three ingredients. The pan pizza dough is precooked before they make it. That was fine.
The hand tossed was not done. It was starch white on the crust, not tan or brown. The cheese was not completely melted. It was take out. We had to cook it the rest of the way at home. By far the worst pizza I have had in a long time. I stopped buying Pizza Hut years ago because of problems like this. This was a wake up call to NEVER BUY PIZZA HUT AGAIN!”

“Ordered a fiery chicken pizza regular (thin crust pizza) the quality of the pizza is terrible.
Barely find chicken pieces and over burnt thin bread which with no taste of cheese!
Even the size of a regular pizza has been reduced, back in days Pizza Hut regular size and personal pizza size was worth of the price!
Now the size is smaller and the price is higher!
It also was not so satisfying ended up eating a Burger King 2 buns and fries!
Burger King new offer which is only 750 LKR Deneva Dekak was more filling and satisfying than the Pizza Hut fiery chicken pizza which we actually expected to be worthy and satisfying but such a failiure!!

“I have always loved the buttery, moist crust used at Pizza Hut until today. Apparently the dough/crust changed. It is now hard, dry, and bland and lacks taste. But the table was covered in UNTOUCHED SNOW. Nothing had been put there. Then they said kids took it. Again, snow untouched on table, nothing ever put there. All this after driving to pick up this food in sub zero temps because ordering delivery from them would have doubled the price. “First, I don’t usually purchase pizza from restaurants. Had a desire for pizza but didn’t feel up to making my own. Decided to give one of the well known pizza restaurants another chance. This one is located in NW Houston on Antoine Road. Unfortunately, against the wishes of everyone I asked, I chose Pizza Hut. I don’t have enough descriptive adjectives to describe how disappointed I was!! I placed an order for
two medium sized pizzas, wings, and garlic bread slices/sticks.
What I actually got cannot rightfully be called “pizza”. Since it was around lunchtime, I expected freshly made or almost freshly made food.
The Hut pizzas had “very little” toppings of everything. You could literally count how many pieces of pepperoni and how much sausage and barely any cheese that there was topping the pizza. Added to that, the wings were old and dry. The sauces were even terrible! Everything tasted like it was reheated after sitting under a hot light for too long.
Honestly, store bought frozen pizza is better made and tastes a hundred times better. For what pizzas costs these days, Customers should be able to get better value for the money. Thumbs down for this chain.”
