My wife ordered two pizzas and breadsticks that I would pick up on my way home she was told on the app when the pizza would be ready. I got to the restaurant and walked in a couple of minutes after that time up to the counter gave her my name she looked up the pizza and said every excuse imaginable and told me that it would be up to 30 minutes longer which tells me they had not even prepared the pizza yet. The cashier was quite snippy about it never once apologized I will think twice before visiting the Pizza Hut in Newcastle Indiana. It doesn't matter if you have new employees or what is going on that app tracks how long it's taking to get those pizzas prepared if you have not even put that pizza in the oven yet you need to be honest with your customers and you need to apologize and make it up to them but there was no attempts to do that this evening. You're now on my off list.
