I have been a loyal customer of Pizza Hut for over 30 years. However, the experience at the Tun Aminah JB branch has been extremely disappointing — not once, but consistently for years.
About 3–5 years ago, I ordered a regular pizza delivery from this branch. It was terrible: toppings were so little, the cheese was almost nonexistent, and the bread was undercooked, hard to chew, and completely lacked the delicious taste a pizza should have.
Today, I gave this branch another chance, and sadly, the pizza is still the same — just as bad as years ago!
Why hasn’t the management noticed this problem for so many years?
I paid for the pizza expecting proper quality, but what I received was far below standard. Other Pizza Hut branches across Malaysia (and I have tried many states) still maintain decent quality, but this Tun Aminah branch has been the worst.
As a loyal customer for 30+ years, I sincerely hope Pizza Hut management will take this review seriously and improve the food quality here. Customers deserve better value for what they pay.

Saya telah menjadi pelanggan setia Pizza Hut selama lebih daripada 30 tahun. Tetapi pengalaman di cawangan Tun Aminah JB sangat mengecewakan — bukan sekali, tetapi berulang kali selama bertahun-tahun.
Sekitar 3–5 tahun lalu, saya pernah membuat pesanan pizza regular dari cawangan ini. Rasanya sangat teruk: topping terlalu sedikit, keju hampir tiada, dan roti tidak cukup masak, keras untuk digigit, langsung tidak ada rasa enak seperti pizza sepatutnya.
Hari ini saya cuba lagi, malangnya kualitinya masih sama — sama buruk seperti dulu!
Mengapa pihak pengurusan tidak menyedari masalah ini selama bertahun-tahun?
Saya membayar harga penuh, tetapi apa yang saya terima jauh daripada standard. Cawangan Pizza Hut lain di Malaysia (saya sudah cuba di banyak negeri) masih mengekalkan kualiti yang baik, tetapi cawangan Tun Aminah ini yang paling teruk.
Sebagai pelanggan setia lebih 30 tahun, saya berharap pihak pengurusan Pizza Hut mengambil serius ulasan ini dan segera memperbaiki kualiti makanan di sini. Pelanggan berhak mendapat nilai yang setimpal dengan bayaran mereka.

我是Pizza Hut长达30多年的忠实顾客,但Tun Aminah JB分行让我非常失望 —— 不是一次,而是多年一直如此。
3–5年前我点过一次外卖Pizza regular,非常难吃:配料少得可怜,芝士根本像没放一样,面包烤得不够火候,硬硬的很难咬,完全没有披萨该有的美味。
今天我再次给这家分行一个机会,结果依然和当年一样 —— 一样难吃!
为什么管理层多年都没有发现和改善?
我付了钱,却得不到应有的Pizza水准。马来西亚其他分行(我几乎在一半的州都有试过)水准还算可以,唯独这家Tun Aminah分行最差劲。
作为30多年的忠实顾客,我真心希望Pizza Hut管理层能重视这条点评,改善这里的品质。顾客付的钱应该得到物有所值的体验。”
“I witnessed Pizza maker young boy wearing red winter cap picking his behind and not caring to wash hands he continued to make Pizza and thank God i ordered wings but won't be returning to Pizza hut headland Alabama. “I feel the price for delivery is a bit of an outrage $20+ just for a simple delivery is kind of ridiculous in my opinion kind of beats the purpose of customer service and it's not just pizza hut eather is just about every where there is a lot of people that don't make much and don't have a vehicle”
“I ordered online. It was not clear that the location in Pharr, TX on Cage Ave. was having a third party doing its delivery. On top of this I ordered a soda. Not only did they not have a Coke or Pepsi diet or regular they did not refund the money they charge me for the soda. I had the pizza delivered. Between the delivery fee and tip it was over 10 dollars. I had an injured leg and could not drive so I ordered delivery. I was told by the manager, Maria I would have to drive to the store to get the refund for the missing soda. They should have called before charging me for soda they did not have. I contacted corporate and was told they would have someone call me to resolve the issue. No one called. Last time I order from the Pizza Hut on Cage, in Pharr TX. Beware”
“I stopped by Pizza Hut last week and ordered the same thing that they had advertised on the window a large hot lovers Pizza for today I go back it's Monday and Willie knows nothing about it he can't find it in the computer so that means I can't order it even though there's a damn sign on the window advertising these large Hot lover pizzas for $12.99 to make it even worse he calls the manager the manager tells him if it's not in the computer we can't offer it. Then why do you have the big ass sign in the window if you can't order it. So I said you don't know how to override the price or give me a coupon deal or something I came all the way down here to get a pizza and now I can't get it because it's not in your computer system but the big ass sign is on the window. So then there's another sign it says new crafted flats $5 choose from five different recipes they have one that is a supreme I ordered it without the vegetables I couldn't do that I don't know why but I guess these employees need to be retrained if they were trained in the first place. So I drove in the rain to get a pizza and these people don't care so I hope their business fails I hope they go out of business cuz they don't know how to treat people who keep them open because they spend their money here. And the general manager's name is Tom Eltahir. So I guess he doesn't care about his customers either all they care about is making money and f*** the customer.”
“Ordered 2 pizzas and bread and didn't get them I called some one said there manger was in a meeting lies pizza hut did not meat my needs so I would advise no person to eat there they don't do there job I would not work for pizza hut anyway the orders are not correct horrible place to work for or order food”

“Well, little little Caesars dominate I don’t understand what happened to Pizza Hut and Papa John’s. The flavor. The crust is just not correct many years ago. The food was amazing and now I swung disaster. It’s a trauma to eat it and expecting it to be as what it was in the past and now it’s some concoction of food is disgraceful”

“Absolutely zero ways to cancel an order if needed. Tried to cancel an order immediately after submitting the order because I saw address was wrong sat on hold for 4 minutes before a 'call center' answered, when they transfered me, I said on hold for 35 minutes with NO answer before finally hanging up. Cancelling transaction at the bank tomorrow since I cannot get my order.”
